To be completely honest, I didn't have much interest in the nap ins at first. After participating in one, and especially after attending the panel, I felt this strong connection to this piece. It helped me u sweat and how one can be skeptical until a further understanding of something is obtained. Which also led me to think about how very important education is. To connect with the dream scroll, you have to look at it, touch it, contribute to it. How else would one appreciate anything? We must use our senses and push to have experiences that further our understanding of a bigger picture.

My friend and I came across this gem at goodwill yesterday... the amazon reviews are highly entertaining and infuriating at the same time. Publish date is 96'.

And now I'm contemplating all the church marquees I see around here and how they've made me angry my entire life...

#christianlivesmatter?!?
So I saw a church marquee today that said #christianlivesmatter and I just about came unglued. Trying to think of a possible action to show why we need #blacklivesmatter and why it's offensive to speak over those who are oppressed.

Was intrigued with this piece by 12 year old linden. Material? Strings pulled from washcloths. Reminded me that anything can be used as a medium.
