Like I’m not making Armin and Border collie bald or drawing Pieck with an elongated face, I won’t do that to them

Not to be all “People these days are too sensitive!” I hate those people, BUT

I love A Slap On Titan but I’m honestly kinda glad it wasn’t made today or else there’d be a slew of people taking it too seriously, like people online love to do, and screaming “PROBLEMATIC!!” and possibly sending death threats to Tom Andre. I’m not talking about going against minorities, I never got that feeling from ASOT, but the sexual jokes with the characters as teens, stuff like Armin being a Nazi, etc. it’s supposed to be very dark and very edgy humor that you’re not supposed to take too seriously. Also not saying the series can’t be criticized, it of course can. Also it’s my first time watching, there definitely could be a joke that didn’t age well that I don’t remember, not gonna rule that out. But yeah, just kind of tired of people in fandoms taking every little thing too seriously and finding every tiny piece of dirt they can yell “PROBLEMATIC!!” for the sake of looking the most pure and morally superior. It’s all very disingenuous, go after real problems, there are alot of those. Sorry for the rant, wasn’t expecting it to be this long. People heard Rico say “Take everything with deadly seriousness.” and really took it to heart.

I’ve been a fan since 2014 and I’m only just now sitting down to watch A Slap on Titan… fraud fan, I know. I’ve been loving it honestly. I love how much of a dark, creepy, disgusting freak ASOT Armin is.

Aside a certain ape, the Rogue titan is the only titan with pointed ears that I know of. I guessed the reason as you can see.

Attack on Titan: The Early Years

I’m creating a playlist on YouTube as a sort of archive of the first several years of Attack on Titan and its fandom, 2013-2017. Might stretch it to S3P1 since that’s getting pretty old. Featuring both official content like old trailers, interviews, VA panels & Q&As, and fan content like MMDs, crack videos, AMVs, skits, audioplays, etc. I’m not gonna put every little video on here but just a big playlist for old fans like me to reminisce and newer fans to delve into the history and what the fandom was like back in the day.

I come here as a fandom old, starting AoT back in late 2014, but as a tumblr newbie, though I know AoT was colossal on tumblr back in the day so if you guys have any vid suggestions I’d love to hear them.🩵
