Would anyone be interested in reading a cherik restaurant au, with Erik successfully running a high class restaurant known as "Ferrum", for years now while everything is going well for him and his business.. . onlyyy for one day to be alarmed by the new diner that is being constructed, in the formerly abandoned building that stood next to his?

The owner of the new dinner (which is apparently called the "X-House") is revealed to be Charles Francis Xavier, a determined and bright man that brings nothing else but overwhelming worry to Erik, as now his life's work and his restaurant's popularity is at stake due to the newcomer's fresh ideas and charming presentation
