A bit of a story My whole life ive been coping alot of bullying alot of verbal and physical bullying at school from primary school to year 18 years old it never ended everyday i went to school frightened that someone would attack me and bully me again i kept coping it every single day. At 14 was my first attempt of death and i got diagnosed with depression and anxiety due to all the bullying i ended up surviving that even after that the bullying kept going and going at that point i kept running away from home. The depression kept getting worse and worse and didnt want to live anymore. My self esteem was so low that i was that self concious and didnt want to go out. The bullying kept going to year 12 and forced me too leave high school. I wanted to get into nursing and start singing and writing music i wanted to get into university but that went down because of being forced out of school due to bullying. Now my confidence is a lot better losing weight and enjoying life too the fullest i do have those days where all i want to do is cry I want to start writing music ,singing and helping other people through there depression. I can say i have conquered all the bullying and i have my confidence back I just wanted to say YOUR NOT ALONE Your all beautiful no mattet what anyone says. No one is perfect You all deserve to be heard you all deserve to be loved You all deserve to be here If your getting bullied please speak to someone even if its hard because BULLYING IS NOT OKAY BULLYING RUINS YOUR SELF CONFIDENCE I HOPE YOU ALL ARE DOING OKAY Remember your all loved Even by this stranger

Struggling

Today my anxiety is through the roof trying to not let the demons from the past in my life. Its hard. Im struggling with losing weight, depression, anxiety its worse when you feel like noones there for you, that no one cares and you dont know who your real friends are. Trying to relax in a warm bath to calm myself.

Wishing we could all get along

You know what I wish. I wish we could all get along instead of fighting murdering bashing people robbery and people judging people who are LGBT disabilitys people who are big people who are small different race sexualities i wish there was no war also wish to find cures for major illnesse. Im sick of stereotypes saying females or males cant do what the others can do. I wish homeless had homes i wish people would not bully. Why is life so difficult to get along with others. I just want everyone to get along but yeah thats never gonna happen 😯😕 These are still some amazing human beings who care and try and help people. Noone is perfect we were never born to be perfect we were born to thrive to learn and to succeed
