Hello Rook Ingellvars, I'm a dragon age fan with a deep interest in language.

My suggestion is for you not to use German as a stand in language for Nevarran, as that is already the stand in language for the language of the Anderfels.

Cassandra's accent is not German and it pulls from the dead Goths languages. (Post discussing this.) These languages are members of the extinct Eastern Germanic (not German) languages.

My recommendation would be something like Hungarian or a Western Slavic language, which have slight Germanic influence due to their proximity to West and North Germanic countries.
