Detroit is a city known for its significance in African American music (Motown, Big Sean, Aretha Franklin, etc.) as well as its industrial industry (GM Auto). In the early 1900s they had a Negro League team known as the Detroit Stars. This episode looks at the story of the Detroit Stars. An African American baseball team that played during the early 1900s.
