Looking to the future

A few candid photos of a test print of my first zine minus a few pages since tumblr will only let me upload 10 at a time.

Basically It’s a project about losing your identity to the internet.

Still without a proper camera so, i’ve only got iPhone photos for now, so the white balance is gonna be off and the colours do not look right.

I’m going back in to this project, Adding pages, removing some, editing pages. I just feel like I never delivered it properly, yet the imagery going in to it i feel really passionate about. So it shall be re-edited & re-delivered.

Film Title made by myself

Enter The Void - Gaspar Noe

Taking the themes of “Enter The Void” and trying to recreate them themes in a very limited home made sense.

I had a UV light, a camera that didn’t work and also a strobe light.

The lettering you see is made from an alphabet ice cube mould. And in to those moulds I poured water mixed with vitamin b powder.

Vitamin B powder reacts with UV light to bring a fluorescent yellow/green glow.

The liquid surrounding is tonic water which also glows under UV light & the blood was just red food colouring.

Although the fly looks neat, it wasn’t planned, At least it didn’t die in vain.
