So WHAT IS this 10 day detox, Spring into Summer Challenge? Here is how it works ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ *You get a package that contains a simple system that combines shake days and cleanse days. * a shake day replaces 2 meals a day for you with a nutrient dense, DELICIOUS tasting shake (we even have birthday cake flavour which is our family favourite 😘) and your day would look like this: Shake, snack, shake, snack, meal! However you want to work that, everyone’s schedule is different but that is a shake day. Pretty simple, right? *a cleanse day (sounds scary, I know.
