I know how we say things and the tonality we use conveys a multitude of messages. I knew I had to be cautious with my words, Especially in the business I'm in, it would help me bring more value to those I am around for a lifetime if I would pay more attention, listen and learn. And not only being aware of the words I use for my business, but also for my life and those I love and care for. The Bible says a soft answer turns away wrath; but grievous words stir up anger. That is perfect with today's quote. – it’s the rain not the thunder that makes the flower grow. This was a difficult for me to learn because I'm the oldest of two daughters, it was all about the thunder. (Filipinos communicate loudly) Being a daughter of a filipino family I worked hard to be heard. Although it was the only way to communicate at times. It was all about thunder, the reality is that wasn't a right way to get my point across and rarely does it accomplish what I thought it would. In many cases it is just the opposite because thunder usually falls on deaf ears-it becomes only noise and not words we hear or value. One of the most important steps is what's known as pre-approval. Pre-approval will help you immensely when you're searching for a home.  It will give you an edge on the competition once you're ready to make an offer. In a competitive market sellers won't entertain offers from buyers unless they have a pre-approval letter in hand. So what exactly does it mean to be pre-approved for a mortgage?  What It Means To be pre-approved for a mortgage means that a bank or lender has investigated your credit history and determined that you would be a suitable candidate for a mortgage. (If you want to see where your credit currently stands, lenders will provide you a copy of your credit report) Pre-approvals are good for 30 Days or a certain amount of time but they usually signify that a lender is ready and willing to lend you money. It's a big step in showing sellers that you are serious about buying a house and that your offer should be treated accordingly.  What It Involves Getting pre-approved is a somewhat lengthy process. But at the end of it all you'll know whether you can buy a home or not. The process starts BEFORE you even find a home. First, you'll need to go to a lender and complete a mortgage application and provide documents related to your financial history. The bank or lender will then do a thorough investigation into your finances in order to determine how much money they are willing to loan you.  At the end of the pre-approval process, you should be given an exact loan amount. This allows you to look for homes at your qualified price point or lower. At this point, you'll also have a good idea of the interest rate you'll be given at the end of the pre-approval process. The real benefit of getting pre-approved is that when you find a place you'll be able to move quickly. I ♡ this quote! If you don’t build your dream, someone will hire you to help you build theirs. It is so true. The irony is, 95% of people I know are doing nothing to build their dreams, not even to find out what their dream is!  If you are in that situation, don’t forget you have dreams yourself and that ultimately they need to be taken care of. Don’t let ten years of 40-60 hour weeks pass until you realise you made everybody else rich and happy but yourself. Start shifting your energies to all the activities that are in line with your dreams – make sure you learn a lot and surround yourself with good people, build relationships that will bring value in your life.
