Runaway Art Thief!

Their Tiktok was called “uaintgotnobiches.org” and their Tumblr was “sc00psah0y” (Copied username, anon says this other Ellie could be another person entirely, so do not harass anybody involved since I’m unsure as well.)

We mostly refer to them as “Jeremy Calvin Fitzgearld” But these days, they go by Ellie, Lilly, or Molly, and a plethora of other names they’ve either copied or made up in order to hide from their criminal actions.

This user has been exposed as a groomer in December, and as an art thief for the past 7-8 years, since the mid-2010’s. All proof has been posted and archived on previous posts.

If you happen to spot any of these characters they’ve been trying to scam others with from the artist, furry, and therian community, please let me know. (Along with the two beware accounts on Instagram: jeremybeware_ and bewareofjeremy, they’re a lot more active than I am)

Most could be traced with unknown sources, their original art isn’t as anatomically correct.

Even the characters made on bases, some are uncredited and have Jeremy blacklisted by the original artists.

They also use a lot of Amaia’s art to sell their characters as well, it’s a gamble whether they’re original or not (the middle alien cat is copying details from AngelMaws), but most of the designs made by Jeremy are either copied, stolen, or heavily referenced. It’s best not to buy or steal anything.

hii! someone just came in my inbox to say 'Sorry you had to find out this way, but that Tr0picalisl3 user was a gr00mer, and an infamous art thief who harasses anyone who knows of her past. You can find out more from jeremybeware_ on Instagram or jermy-be-duping on here' about Tr0picalisl3 who had been requesting me to find graphics for her and I just wanted to say thank you and whoever it may have been who sent that to me for informing me!

I will remove her username from my posts and block her, thanks again! she wasn't very polite in her asks either to be honest ^^; she had requested by just going 'uh pb and j or teddy bears, pancakes and dog pixels!' with no thanks or please as if I was just a search engine LOL. but tysm!

From my experience they were almost always like that, at least around the time I was trying to talk them out of tracing, just to be dismissed or snapped at =n=

But yeah of course, I’m glad more people around Jeremy’s circle are being made aware of their troubling past (and present), I just hope their current customers are being warned too, respectfully anyway, I’ve seen people harass others for getting involved with the thief, so hope you stay safe ;;

A reminder not to trust the groomer zcitricaczid/tr0picalisl3

Proof is linked in a past post, this one is just a warning for anyone that’s on Tiktok and wants to buy adoptables/custom OCs

(Their usernames will change if word has spread far enough, or is pissed at me too, the reaction is always a gamble when you point out this person’s crimes and misdeeds.)

If anyone was considering on adopting/buying these characters, I wouldn’t trust these ones, because with an art thief who is still trying to sell incredibly old copied/traced designs, and with a major history of being sketchy with said “artwork”, it’s a possibility that these are as well, given the fact that they’re all split up and hard to see the entire image unlike the rest.

(Just speculation for now, because they suspiciously look more proportionate than their other drawings, and split up in a way to make it unrecognizeable. But again, haven’t found anything yet, so take this with a grain of salt.)

In comparison to what I believe their art style actually looks like (of course with a hint of doubt since they’d trace a small doodle to get by):

I understand that artists can have a variety of styles when drawing anything, but with a past like Jeremy/Ellie’s, having different styles in each drawing was always a red flag.

If anyone can pinpoint on whether the first two OCs are actually traced or heavily inspired by anyone in the art community, that Jeremy said they would leave from but lied about again, the help will be greatly appreciated.

And let’s not forget how Jeremy has an artist friend called Amaia who constantly helps them out on hiding just how much of a knockoff their OCs are for them. Only the thief knows how many more there are. (Can’t say for Amaia, but if they’ve been helping them for this long, I got my eye on their work as well.)

Jeremy’s also copying someone else’s username again on Discord, and it’s someone they used to steal from, what a shocker.

There was also an admission from one of the thief’s victims that they’ve been groomed by Ellie/Damiaya, which were all posted on Instagram.

Okay, now that I have everything I could find, and without a little rat in my ear distracting me, I can finally come around to say this.

[Please excuse the three names I use when talking about this thief, also warning for mentions of zoophilia/pedophilia.]

I’ve made one mistake, besides making this blog when I said I’d never talk about them again, I should have stated how the serious zoo/pedo allegations are ALLEGED, meaning the proof we have (the screenshot of their gross video) seems to be getting new context in a recently discovered google doc sent to me by @/icanbewhateveriwant (Who I can assume is the thief themselves from what some of you have seen already, but that doesn’t matter right now.)

However, it leaves out a couple things, but I’ll let the audience form their own opinions by sharing their document, and someone else’s very old one that first(?) made one of these allegations.

Not only are some things missing in the thief’s document, such as the fact that their ex has confessed to all of this (Context for the animal abuse links found in a tiktok the thief accidentally posted):

But it also completely ignores the fact that they have been expressing creepy behaviours towards other minors while pretending to be an adult. Just because they weren’t 18 yet doesn’t mean this could be easily excused or swept under the rug.

And while these are not as important as the texts, don’t get me started on the risqué things they’re been caught having in their Pinterest, X, and YouTube, since they like to deny that they were into gross things like inc*st and p*do ships. (For context on the X screenshot, Tater was Damiaya’s cat they used to post a lot, it was taken before likes were hidden)

And they straight up get the information wrong on the 12 year old oc they traced? It wasn’t “Heavily inspired” like they say it was, AND there was an actual confession of the desire to MAKE the NSFW in the screenshot itself. No one said they posted it, otherwise we would be exposing that fact as well. The date/time was cut off for the safety of the person who brought this into light. (I personally don’t know how that works, but that’s what I’ve heard.)

While the disgusting video can be ambiguous to what had actually happened, there are plenty of other things to go off of that shows just how much of a weirdo they can be, especially when it comes to s*xual harassment. I can’t prove my case of when they immediately s*xualized my character when they thought we were friends, after I tried reaching out to the thief to get their side of things, but I can show others what can be proven here. So in conclusion, I’m keeping everything up, just with the proper corrections and warnings.

I’m also only gonna focus on the traced art from now on, unless there’s more evidence of their deviance towards minors.

And now that I know they have eyes on me, I just want to say that every time the thief says they’ll leave the art community, they’ll only come back with a new name, because just like what their “friend” says, art is one of their only sources of income, scamming other artists who fall into their trap.

hey uh..your friends got the legal age when trying to make a “point” the legal age in the location their in is 18 not 16 so why that minor is yapping um try doing research of the legal ADULT age in the location where they grew up and still reside please!

Hello! Owner of the beware here. I just want to let people who read here to know a few things: 1. Allegationg of Jeremy being p*d0/inc*st is not out of nowhere. If you go on our instagram, there's a highlight with folders of their old Pinterest, (which once everyhting came up, they deleted) with shipping shimada brothers and AllMightxDeku. I'm not saying the rest of the people who ship these are right. In fact, is disgusting. 2. The OC they claim is ""heavily referenced"" is actually TRACED from a artist, and I'll gladly add into the post once I'm avaible. The OC they made is IN FACT 12 Years Old, was made as a Comfort Character for the artist. So YES, planning to make an NSFW of it IS DISGUSTING. 3. The pawprint issue, a lot of people warned Jeremy on what this can potentially means, and in anywhere Jeremy just knowledge or even said sorry. The issue of the Kbean, is that the pawprint is actually an redness from a Slap that they made fanart for, the character ITSELF does NOT have a PawPrint. The issue lays on the PAWPRINT, not and redness from a slap. And the line between NSFW and Z00 on Furry Community is so THIN that is really hard to think about it. 4. About the EX stuff. There is no indication or way to prove that what Jeremy is saying is 100% right, since this same ex was contantly bullied and blamed for Jeremy's wrong doing. There's also multiple Tweets of they tring to enter in contact with this ex, with all this now is explained why they so badly wanted to enter in contact with them. Out of everything, there's so many lies, would anyone be inclinied to believe the rest? Out of all this years that this behavior does not change? You can't blame people for not believing on you with all this stuff out here. Yours trully, the Beware.
