Everyone gets settled and starts chatting while everyone is getting gear and equipment set up. Soap and Gaz made quick friends with Leo and captains Danielson and Price were discussing the mission. Ghost was in the corner just observing and Crow and Jill were whispering like school girls glancing at everyone occasionally.

Ghost watched crow cautiously not entirely fond of having another Lieutenant to work with. They had all been rude and undermined his authority in the past and he was not looking forward to having it happen again.

Suddenly crow was in front of him ripping him from his Daze. “I’m Crow. Its an honor to be working with you.” She said kindly reaching out to shake his hand. Ghost only grunted and crows smile grew thin. “Look I understand that you don’t know us and for that alone we pose a threat but I want to be able to at least tolerate each other.” She says hopefully

Ghost just grunts again and walks to a different corner of the room and Crow walks back over to Jill who leveled her with an ‘I told you so’ Gaze. “I know I know.” Crow says as she walks back over. “How many time do I have to tell you not everyone is your friend or even wants to be your friend.” Jill sighs. Crow frowns a little dejected. “I know but it hasn’t stopped me from trying.” Jill pats her shoulder. “It is beyond me how you became a lieutenant when your so kind.” She says before walking off.

Crow sits down with a huff as Leo, soap, and Gaz come over. “Crow! Soap doesn’t believe me that I’m the best sniper on the team he says I’m too energetic.” He says and crow chuckles. “He is one of the best I’ve seen. Some how he manages to stow away all that energy long enough to complete missions flawlessly.” She says chuckling and earning scoffs from both Soap and Gaz. “Naw lass. Yer off yer hide.” I smile and shake my head. “I guess we’ll just have to see.”

Gaz nods. “I guess so.” “Alright muppets listen up.” Price says stepping to the middle of the room. “Jill and Gaz are staying here to run hacking. Danielson and I are going to be eyes. Ghost and Leo are snipers. Soap is placing the explosives and Crow is covering soap.” He says before pulling out a map and explaining where every one will be stationed.

Everyone nods and listens attentively as both captains speak end explain the plan. Afterwards they went to go talk some more while Soap and Gaz dragged Leo and Jill away leaving Crow and Ghost alone. Crow frowned slightly before taking a deep breath and walking up to ghost but before she could say anything Ghost was on his feet pushing past her. “You better not let him die.” Ghost growls as he passes.

Crow turns to watch him leave. “I’ll protect him with my life.” She vows to the empty room.

No one was happy. When they got the news that they would be partnering up with a new team for this mission they all internally groaned. Each of them going to Captain Price later to question and complain. Just to be told that he didn’t have a say in the matter and they’d just have to deal with it.

“Look alive boys they’re almost here.” Laswells voice rang out as she walked up. Not two minutes later two SUV’s came through the gate. Everyone was tense and ready for anything.

The new team left the vehicle just as serious and cautious as TF 141. Their captain approached Price with an outstretched hand. “Captain Price. I’m Captain Danielson of stealth force.” He said Prive nodded and started to introduce his team. “This is Lieutenant Ghost. Sergeant Soap Mactavish. And Sergeant Kyle Garrick or Gaz.” He said pointing to each of them in turn.

Captain Danielson nodded and turned to introduce his team. “Lieutenant Crow. Sergeant Leo Paxton. And sergeant Jill Harper.” Each one nods as he says their names.

Soap snorts “Crow?” He asks before he can stop himself. Crow nods and grins. “Don’t like my first name.” She says simply shrugging. Gaz looks at her curiously. “What is it?” He asks and Crow smirks. “That is classified no one on my team except the captain even knows my first name.”

“It’s true we tried to find out one time and ended up cleaning all the bathrooms on base for three days.” Leo says grinning. Soap snorts but doesn’t say anything else.

“Right well there’s work to do so let’s get you all set up so we can get started.” Price says. Everyone nods and follows him towards the offices.

First time writing fan fiction lol. I hope it’s good. Going to turn this into a story. Would love constructive criticism and feedback as well as any ideas or suggestions! I’m hoping future parts are longer but I have to go to work lol.
