Hi so I sorta became obsessed with Coral Island over the weekend and Ummm. I already completed a year in game 🙈

I normally don't really enjoy farming sims, but the art is so cute and so is the game style and it has beautiful environments and art direction and a cute story and it was free on psplus so I gave it a shot and uh oh maybe I shouldn't have tbh.

My faves are Macy, Theo and Scott rn. I like Pablo alright and Luke is growing on me but he says some weird stuff so we'll see about that. Archie is the best boy by the way.

The only other similar game I've played "cozy game" is ACNH and it has a similar appeal gameplay wise for me.

Honestly it's really only lacking a photomode and more control over design/decor would be nice but not a deal breaker? Also I wish the tutorials were better bc I have had to look online more than once to find out some things the game didn't explain.

Anyway it has me in a deathgrip I fear.

If I were to do another 100 day challenge prompt like this one that I did for Prescilla several years ago (I didn't finish it but don't worry about it), which character would yall like to get to know better/see? I think it would be good practice and keep up my drawing. Art fight did a lot of good for me and even if I don't do it for every single day it would also give me a chance to show more of my OCs 😍

While my current job comes to a close later this year I'm going to try my best to finally get my Patreon up and running.

I don't think I will ever depend on it as a sole source of income, but it will provide for me a chance to hopefully remain stable while I transition between full time work.

I plan to offer some simple tiers where patrons get first access to works, as well as first access to commissions/paid works like comics, zines, etc, and maybe even exclusive access to a NSFW tier if I am able (not bc I can't draw it but bc of the tumultuous position erotic works are in at the moment).

I do not plan to ever hide all my works behind a paywall and will always continue posting here for free. I'll likely just have to find a balance that works because tumblr has been my most supportive community for years and years.

Since it isn't going to be a full time gig it will mean updates will be slow/sparse but that could always change depending on how well it does.

I'm mostly just thinking out loud but would also like to do a soft launch for Patreon by my birthday next month. If I get quiet on here again in the meantime, I apologize!
