Glad you asked! (srry for responding so late, i had to work on a school project)
Overall, I like most characters, but if I had to narrow it down to one absolute fave, the one that is occupying my mind the most: Uno.
If him being the most drawn character by me so far wasn't already an indication.
If was to expand on other faves, the rest of cell 13, Mitsuru and Kiji would also be up there💅
We'll see how my list will expand and change as I move forward, when I get to the parts where Shiki and the Zodiac Police are introduced...
