She sniffs lies from a mile off. I usually do that but I have nothing to use right now so I’m just like yeah, no, yeah, maybe, yawn yawn.

Just crinkle some paper by the receiver and say you're breaking up, and you'll call her back later. I do that all the time.

So my dear mother decided to phone me at 2 this morning to rant about what had happened in the last couple of days… Problem is, I’ve still got the phone to my ear, someone please save my soul.
