América Latina contiene una rica tradición religiosa popular. En Chile, todos los 16 de julio se celebra la fiesta de Nuestra Señora del Carmen (Patrona y Reina de Chile) con procesiones en todo el país. En las localidades rurales se celebra con mucha humildad y cariño, siendo además una oportunidad de que la comunidad se reuna pues esta fiesta además de tener un contenido fuertemente religioso también tiene una dimensión social y cultural.

Latin America has a rich popular religious tradition. In Chile, every July 16th the feast of Our Lady of Carmen (Patroness and Queen of Chile) is celebrated with processions across the country. In rural communities it is celebrated with great humility and love, and is also an opportunity for the community to meet this party because besides having a strong religious content also has a social and cultural dimension.

“UNIÓN” Mi primer trabajo para un medio digital es la historia de La Unión Chica, uno de los bares más emblemáticos de la bohemia romántica de Santiago, por donde pasaron grandes escritores y poetas, sigue siendo el lugar de encuentro de ejecutivos, lustrabotas y donde el tiempo se ha quedado añejado en botellones de vino.

"UNION" My first job for a digital travel magazine is the story of La Union Chica, one of the most emblematic bars in the romantic bohemian Santiago, where they were great writers and poets, remains the meeting place for executives, shoeshine and where time has been aged in bottles of wine.
