Every nation or group should have a leader not just a good leader but a very effective and efficient one. We truly can't deny that Bro. Eduardo V. Manalo, the executive minister of the Iglesia Ni Cristo is a good and wise leader. Ka Eduardo is a reflection of the quote “A Great Leader, is a Great Follower” and in God’s divine help and guidance, he still continues to lead and care for the church today.

The meaning of his name reflects his duty, the name Eduardo that was given to him by the Last Messenger, Ka Felix Y Manalo means guardian, and he is currently the Guardian of the Church and the Guardian of our Faith.

Bro. Eduardo V. Manalo's leadership is God-inspired. The victories and achievements of the Church of Christ are not the work of men but the work of Our Almighty God. The Church that came form a small and poor country and without any support of government and other organization is now recognized as one of the largest churches and fastest growing church in the world.

The present status of the Church of Christ (Iglesia Ni Cristo) is indeed the work of God, the fulfillment of God's promise to His messenger in these last days, Bro. Felix Y. Manalo. And continued fulfilling his promise to the present Executive Minister of the Church of Christ , Brother Eduardo V. Manalo.

AVOCADO AND BANANA SMOOTHIE

Smoothies can give us an abundance of health benefits also, it is so refreshing to drink specially if they can be made by nutritious fruits or vegetables. Among many awesome smoothies, I would like to share my personal favourite.

My Avocado and Banana smoothie contains a 2 piece of avocado and 2 banana with fresh milk, i also added some fresh kerson fruit or in the phillipines we called this "Aratiles"

This is my first time trying Avocado and Banana Smoothies, and i didn't expect the taste outcome!

Benefits of avocado are such a big list. The most important thing is it has monounsaturated fats. It does help your heart and brain. Avocados also are excellent source of B-complex vitamins; 1 cup of sliced avocados provides 40 percent of the daily recommended dietary allowance (RDA) of pantothenic acid, 30 percent of the RDA of folate and 29 percent of the RDA of vitamin B6. Pantothenic acid aids energy and hormone production.

Meanwhile the Benefits of banana it promotes and boosts your energy with carbohydrates. It contains a good amount of potassium. You can eat a half of banana to boost much energy to do other works ahead in your daily lives. In addition, this amazing fruit contains a significant amount of fibre that is about 10% of daily-recommended value, which helps you to improve your digestion. The other important element which is manganese is found in this fruit, which helps to improve brain.

We Should always choose to be healthy, consuming this smoothie can really help you in your everyday life, also the benefits of each fruits are so good for your body. So try to have this creamy smoothie once in a while to be healthy.

Covid-19 really taught us the importance of Health and Life, I'm going to share you my style of salad that will surely affordable and easy to find in Grocery.

Since we are still in Quarantine, i always looked for some youtube videos and "Making salad" is one of my favorite

Here's what i made ⬇️

Tuna Salad with a twist.

My ingredients here are;

•Lettuce

•Tuna

•Eggs

•Cucumber

•Pineapple

•Apples

•Mayo Spread/Tuna Oil

in this salad i just used my tuna oil for dressing, and it tasted so good. 😋👌🏼

Milo Dalgona Everyone!

I just made this refreshing drink since dalgona coffee is really trending this past Quarantine weeks.

Since I don't drink coffee a lot, i just made dalgona Milo which is Chocolate flavor, to satisfy my cravings in this new trend. Well it's not that easy to made this, but no worries the taste is more important. (😅)

So, how do i make this Milo Dalgona perfect?

First of all this recipes are really cheap, We all just need;

1. Milo sachet 1pc

2. 1 Large Egg, if not, use 2 eggs.

3. Milk

First - You need to Open your milo sachet and add some 2 Tablespoons of sugar, and 2 tablespoon of hot water. Mix until combined.

Second - You need to seperate the Egg Yolks and Egg Whites, We Just need the Egg Whites.

If you already separated the egg yolks and egg whites, Mix the egg whites, if you have a mixer, mix your egg whites in a medium level. Mixed until your egg whites are foamy.

After mixing the egg whites, gradually add your milo and mix it well together. After that Ready your Milk and Tube Ice so you can taste and enjoy your Milo Dalgona!

American Cemetery

When you're in Manila, consider a visit to the beautiful Manila American Cemetery and Memorial. It is located at Old Lawton Avenue at the Bonifacio Global City (Fort Bonifacio) in Taguig. Simply breathtaking. Truly Love also the view of cemetery. 

The View in the center of cemetery. The Memorial's Center point is the Chapel, with a tower decorated by sculptures in relief. The sculptures represent, among other things,like liberty, justice, and country.

The Memorial’s fin walls are the names of the Missing - those who served during the war whose bodies remain unidentified or lost..

Truly Love the Minimal Style and the Cleanliness of the cemetery , truly captivating.

There are no bodies in the cemetery,it’s more of a memorial. The pillars hold the names of the fallen.. Manila American Cemetery is truly Amazing before we go home with my friend Edrian , we see a group of people taking picture of the cemetery, no doubt the Manila American Cemetery is a Truly Instagram Worthy.

INC Turns 101

Ang Iglesia Ay Sumapit sa ika 101 Kaarawan. Maraming Pagsubok,Tiisin,Sakit ang nadanas ng iglesia nuon at ngayon, pero hindi ito nagiging hadlang sa patuloy na paglago at patuloy na paglilingkod sa Panginoon. 

Sabado ng Gabi ay Umalis Na Ako sa Aming Tahanan upang magtungo sa Isasagawang "Tanging Pagsamba" na kung saan papangasiwaan ng Aming Namamahala ang Nasabing Pagsamba. Gayak na Gayak ang Aking damdamin sa paglalakbay, pero bago kami makapunta duon ay sobrang daming Hirap at pagod muna ang tiniis.

Nag Commute Kami Papunta sa Philippine Arena Na kung saan duon gaganapin ang Tanging Pagsamba. Nagpapasalamat kami dahil Iglesia din ang Driver Ng Taxi. Mapalad kami dahil hindi na kami umabot sa Masiksikang Haba ng Traffic sa Nlex. Nang Makarating Na Kami, ay halos excited na excited na kaming makapasok sa loob. Pero Bago Kami Makapasok ay Kumain muna kami ng mga Pagkain na kung saan ay naghati hati kami. Maswerte narin ata kami dahil, hindi narin kami nakipagsiksikan sa madaming tao sa pag pasok sa Arena. Nadala Na rin namin ang lahat ng aming kailangan. 

Nakapasok Kami ay Bandang 3:30Am na halos matagal din kaming nag antay sa loob, habang nag aantay ay nagpahinga muna kami saglit upang may lakas kami para pa sa mga aktibidad. 7AM ay nagsimula na ang pagsamba na pinangasiwaan ng aming Namamahala na si ka Eduardo Manalo, Hindi kami binigo ng ama, lahat kami ay nabiyayaan ng sobra,hangang sa labas ay abot ang biyaya. Sobrang Sarap sa Pakiramdam ng Mabiyayaan, halos busog na busog ang aming kaluluwa at nawala ang aming pagod nang nakamtan namin yun.

Matapos Nang nasabing Tanging Pagsamba ay nagsagawa ng mga Musical Presentation na kung saan dito mo makikita ang mga talents ng Iglesia Sa Bawat Parte ng mundo, Nagtipon tipon din ang mga Kapatid namin sa Ibat ibang bansa upang Magperform at ang iba ay Makilahok sa “Unity Games” na kung saan madaming kapatid sa ibang bansa ang dumayo pa sa pilipinas.

Madaming Kapatid ang Nakasaksi sa Mga Talento ng Iglesia, pati kami ng mga kasama ko ay napamangha sa mga talento ng Iglesia. Masasabi ko lang na Pati sa talento ay nabiyayaan tayo. Matapos Nang Musical Presentation, ay isinagawa din ang “Unity Games-Finals (Basketball)” na kung saan naglaban ang USA at ang Pilipinas, hindi na namin natapos ang laro dahil kami ay umuwi na. Pero kahit hindi namin Nasubaybayan lahat ng isinagawang aktibidad nung araw na iyon ay, Mapalad pa din kami dahil, Nasaksihan namin ang Pagtatagumpay ng Iglesia Sa Ibat ibang Parte ng Mundo. Duon palang ay Malalaman mo na Kahit napakadaming Pagsubok, tiisin ang ating nakamit ay patuloy parin tayong Ginagabayan ng ama sa lahat ng Bagay. Yun ang Pinaka Pinagpapasalamat ko sa Ama. Mabuhay Ang Iglesia Sa Buong Mundo! Lagi niyong tatandaan, Laging naka alalay sa atin ang ama, kaya wag tayong Susuko sa lakbayin natin. Lagi tayong Magpasakop sa Pamamahala.

The Success

It’s been a year after we celebrate the 100 Years of Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church of Christ). All the brethren around the world, even those who aren't member of the church, witnessed the success of Iglesia Ni Cristo.

All the INC members were excited, days before the anniversary. We thanked God for guiding us in our everyday lives and in every bad situation that we've encountered.

The success of Iglesia Ni Cristo makes me really proud. INC broke many records, like the “Philippine Arena” as the World’s Largest Indoor Arena, “World Wide Walk” as the Largest Charity Walk for those who were affected by the Typhoon Yolanda, when all the brethren around the world joined. It all happened by the help, guidance and love of our Almighty God.

I feel truly blessed as I am a member of the Church of Christ. I am a part of its success.

This coming July 27, we will celebrate INC’s 101st anniversary.

 Happy 101st Anniversary to all INC members around the world! May the Lord God bless us all!
