30 Day Yoga Challenge--Day 1*
Today is the first day of my personal 30 day yoga challenge! I am excited for what is to come! My first class is not until 7pm tonight so after my work meeting today I'm going to make myself some yummy (and nutritious food) and do some pre-stretching to warm myself up. It's been a while since I've even stretched so this should be interesting!
Putting the physical aspect of this challenge aside, I'd like to say that I am so proud of myself for making this decision. I've known that I need some spiritual, emotional, and mental healing for a while, and I think this is the perfect opportunity to discover how I can help myself through this practice.
My intention for today's practice is going to be to let go of any negative thoughts that enter into my head during my practice. To let go of trying to perfect my practice and to just let it flow. To go at my own pace, and to keep an open loving mind towards myself as I take my first step on this new journey!

Chakras or Churches (Sanskrit) Literally, “wheel.” The chakras are subtle centers of energetic transformation. There are hundreds of chakras in our multi-dimensional physiology, but seven primary ones related to the awakening of consciousness.
