Achieving Fitness Goals: May 2025 Results

Each month, boy s37 will report results based on the fitness goalsthat SIR Zuegi has approved for us. His boy will then present the results to SIR and get further instructions and any rewards or punishments for the outcomes delivered. Notable measure changes in MAY:
1.5 lb increase in bodyweight & .1% decrease in body fat %
1.12 increase in belly
.22″ increase in chest
Decrease in L/R thigh size & L/R arm size
Challenges & Observations:
Very challenging month and this boy wasn’t consistent due to illness and some other challenges. Workouts and diet were not tracked well and therefore not reported for May. 
Increase in chest and shoulders shows continued upper body progress.
Increase in belly size indicates that this boy lacked in diet adherence.
Decrease in thigh and arm size show muscle groups that need better activation.
A lot of travel in June, and therefore looking to be accountable for some travel-friendly physical activity to help stay focused on Sir’s approved goals.

Small change in thigh size trend over time indicates additional focus area.
Gap for BF% goal indicates a need for increased cardio.

Workout Completion Details: Strength training today - First post in a while - still recovering from flu turned respiratory illness. Was able to get in a small workout, but still very fatigued and quite challenging. Pushing it slightly, but not so much that it sets me back again. It is going to take a bit to get back up to speed again. Small incremental steps... tracking here is going to be minimal for a bit until I can get back into a normal routine again.
