How are you? You've been distant this past week or so. Something happened between you and Riley didn't it?

Please don't beat me up, I didn't mean to upset you, I'm not good in a fight. I'm twenty-six, is that too young to be here?
It's on sight means to look out 'cause I'm gonna beat your ass, but I'm not actually going to, man. I was just messing with you. It was pretty good. I'm not a huge coffee guy, but I had some pumpkin shit that was delicious. How old are you? Damn, am I the old guy on here?

No, of course I don't. You're my sister and I love hanging out with you.
No, it's literally impossible to be sick of you, I love having you around all the time. Do you ever get sick of me?

I would do the same for you. Any time you needed it. Okay. Thank you.
No, it's not. We're family JJ, you're my little brother, whatever you need, whatever I can do, it's done. I know you'd do the same for me kid, you always do. So if you need to come camp out in my office or my apartment, then just come on in

I like emails. Emails are better.
I'm Joey. I've been playing guitar since I was ten but I haven't had much time recently and I was wondering if you could help me.
private:
Oh, it's not you man, it's technology, it's really screwy and temperamental. Tbh I don't really use the phone a lot either, probably should have put my email address now that I think about it... ah well. Yeah, I'm Mac, probably should have lead with that huh?

She'll be busy with her family. She has a big extended one, like us. I just want to hang out with her.
Oh, you have it bad, baby brother. If she’s a nice person she will understand. Bring her over for Thanksgiving!

Okay good. I hate living far away from you, or Andrea, or dad. You don't get sick of us?
Of course I would. New York was really tough, I hated living so far away from you guys, I'm happier now living in LA and getting to see you all the time than I ever was out there on my own.

That is not what it is at all. You don't get it. You're not very sympathetic. If someone is struggling or asks for advice or help you should be nice and offer help. I don't get overwhelmed by pressure, I get overwhelmed by people and noises and other things. I don't "freak out" and just want some time by myself, some peace and quiet, and I was just asking if there was somewhere I can do that instead of going back to my apartment.
I’m sure there are a few spots to hide away if you need to, but it’s more about managing your time and not freaking out over every little thing. If you're really feeling that overwhelmed, you should be looking for ways to handle pressure instead of just running from it.

I think so? I don't know, I'm not a scientist. But I want to do that, I want to support you and your channel. Because you make me smile.
Does it really? Well, I do care about you.. so that does make sense. Really? You don't have to do that. That costs money. You could spend it on something better, probably.

Welcome to PSU too. Uh, maybe. If they're quiet. I'm Joey. I'm sorry, I don't talk a lot.
I'm only just starting here too, so I don't know about that, but I mean, probably?? There are usually prayer rooms and stuff. Maybe you could use one of those? I'm Preslee, by the way!

I'll always be on your side. We're kinda like siblings right? My dad says all us guys got to stick together.
That's because you're adorable and you see good things in people. But I appreciate you being on my side, J.

Thank you. Well wouldn't they have just fixed the vending machines? Like when they fill them? I do like Cheez-Its though, do I want to take that risk?
Congratulations on surviving the first two months of your college career! I'm not sure if its changed since I've graduated but just a few years ago, there was a corridor on the third floor of the tech center that's usually pretty quiet. I think its because the vending machines are always broken so it doesn't have much appeal. So long as that's still true, and you don't mind the lack of Cheez-Its, you should be able to get some quiet there!

Wow you talk a lot. Okay.
I just want quiet places with no people. I'm in the school if music, does that count? Can I get keys to a practice room? I've never really asked before. But thank you for all of your suggestions, I will think about it.
There are a couple of rooms off of the counseling center specifically meant for that sort of thing. You can reserve them or drop in if it’s a spur of the moment need. Fair warning, the closer it gets to exam season, the quicker they get taken. If you’re okay with places with less structure that fit the bill though, there are some options. The back of the third floor of the library is pretty empty since it’s mostly archive materials up there that nobody really touches. There’s a computer lab near the engineering building that doesn’t get a ton of traffic, if you want somewhere that’ll let you get some work done too. And this is cheating a little, but if you or anyone you know is in the school of music, you can usually get a key to one of the practice rooms. They’re pretty soundproof which is their biggest appeal, you just have to fight your way past a few tubas to get there.

Oh, really? Okay well even though you're not sure, I can at least look now I know they are there. Thank you.
There are a few sensory friendly rooms, from what I remember. Don't ask me where they're actually located because I have no idea.

Okay. Are you sure I'm not? I need a lot of help sometimes. Is that not inconvenient?
You are literally never bothering me. You're welcome in my office at any time, and as far as I'm concerned it's as much your apartment as it is mine. You can show up whenever you want, it'll never be an inconvenience. You are never an inconvenience.

Thank you. I do this a lot. Yes of course. I'm Joey.
You have impeccable form. I was a good swimmer a long time ago, but now I'm just your regular YMCA girlie. Think you could give me a few pointers?
