Related to the last post, my friend’s character as a Timelord villain. Inspired a bit by the outfits of Delgado’s Master and Sara Kingdom from Classic Doctor Who.

A friend pondered about one of their characters as a Timelord villain, and I thought “why not make a concept DVD cover as if it was a spin off?”.

And since they’re a fan of the RTD1 era of Doctor Who, I tried to evoke a bit of that mid to late 2000’s rough grunge vibe and a recreation of the “surfboard/taxi” logo.
