Note
Hello, I love the Pose Alignment Interactions mod you've created! I was just wondering if/suggesting that you give all the posts related to it a specific tag, so users can be sure to find the newest version each time you update. For example, the most recent update doesn't go over what the mod does (since all that info was in the first post), so someone seeing it for the first time might not know what it actually does.
Have a great day!
Thank you for the suggestions.
I did intend to tag the update posts and make a pinned, tag-aggregation post once I have made a second mod, as I didn't find it to be needed currently, as the only thing I have posted about with this account - except for the one bug report post - has been PAI.
Though, you are right that some people may want to look up the updates or follow one of those tags. So I have added the following tags to them:
For all updates to Pose Alignment Interactions: #ts4 pose alignment interactions update
For all TS4 mod overview posts: #johnbaccarat ts4 mods overview
For all TS4 mod updates: #johnbaccarat ts4 mods update
I also added links between the overview and update posts.

Update - Pose Alignment Interactions 1.2.0
(If you want an overview of what this mod does, go here)
Adds two new interactions, which are probably quite niche, but may still be useful:
Set NPC Sim as Active Sim for Posing Available under the Shift-Click cheat menu when clicking a posed non-household sim. Once clicked, the move, rotate and align interactions work as if the non-household sim was the sim you are currently controlling. The flag set for this gets reset when using the interaction described next, when changing your active/controlled sim, when the flagged NPC sim gets unloaded or when the flagged NPC sim stops posing.
Reset Active NPC Sim Resets the flag from the "Set NPC Sim as Active Sim for Posing" interaction. So you can move/rotate/align your controlled/active sim again.

Update - Pose Alignment Interactions 1.1.3-hotfix
(If you want an overview of what this mod does, go here)
Fixes an exception that made the snapping interactions unavailable for the active sim. I sadly didn't catch this, as I still had BetterExceptions uninstalled from trying to get the bug addressed in 1.1.3. to trigger in the vanilla game. Sorry.

Update - Pose Alignment Interactions 1.1.3
(If you want an overview of what this mod does, go here)
Addresses the bug in the base game mentioned in this post. If you have both MCCC and Andrew's Pose Player you should really download this update.
In the case of clicking a sim that is not the active sim, you may now have to go to "More choices…" and choose the new "Pose Alignment…" sub-menu to find all added interactions. Though in general the interactions should still usually be on the first page of the pie menu.

An appeal (to you!) to upvote an issue on TS4's bug tracker
Has this bug ever happened to you when playing modded Sims 4 and want it to (hopefully) never happen again?
(If you just want to upvote the issue go here, otherwise have fun reading my explanation why it happens)
Someone originally reported an issue to me that Pose Alignment Interactions, in combination with MCCC, created a bug in which two "More choices..." options would appear when clicking a non-active Sim when posing, both of which are also somewhat buggy.
After a few hours of testing I could conclude that it wasn't the fault of MCCC and after quite some more hours I figured out that it wasn't particularly the fault of my mod either and you can trigger the bug even in an unmodded game.
"Why does it happen?" The gist is that once you go over 8 available interaction options that are not in a pie menu category/sub-menu (like "Friendly..." or "Mean...") with specifically a sim that isn't your active one, then the game appears to have a hiccup and generate another "More choices..."
"How many options are usually without a pie menu category?" While you usually don't have too many available to you, they are situationally important interactions like "Call over", "Send Home" or "Extinguish" (as in extinguish another sim, when that one is on fire) that don't really fit in with an existing pie menu category.
"Okay, but why care when you usually don't have that many at the same time available?" Because mods can also add interactions without a pie menu category. For example, if you just have MCCC and Andrew's Pose Player installed and one of your sims has a tarot deck in his inventory and has traveled with another sim to a beach and tries to call over the other sim, you will already have this problem. So it should be especially important to you if you play modded. If you want to upvote the issue go: here.

Update - Pose Alignment Interactions 1.1.2
(If you want an overview of what this mod does, go here) Changelog for 1.1.2: With Andrew's Pose Player, when cancelling/stopping the posing, the position of the sim is now only reset to the position before posing was started if the next interaction in the sim's queue is not a pose interaction. Before this, you had to apply the position/rotation/alignment every time you wanted to change poses, as only the current interaction was considered for reseting the position.
Note: This already worked with WW's pose player before.

Ever wanted to rotate or move your sims after they were already in a pose? Or maybe have an easier time aligning multiple sims or sim(s) to an object?
This is basically (almost) a replacement for the "Teleport Any Sim" mod, as I found it to be quite unintuitive to have to use buy mode when wanting to pose multiple sims or a sim to an object. There may be some very niche edge cases were you may still need "Teleport Any Sim" for a pose, but otherwise you can just use this, which I find to be a lot more convenient to use.
The mod comes with 5 interactions that only show up when posing. For more info on the interactions and edge cases view the mod's description on Curseforge or ModTheSims. It works with both WW's (either version) and Andrew's pose players.
