Chocolate Fudge Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
For chocolate cake:
½ Tin Nestle MILKMAID
½ cup Nestle a+ Toned Milk
100 gm Nestle a+ Dahi
100gm Maida
50 gm Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
For fudge icing:
¼ tin Nestle MILKMAID
50 gm Butter
4 tbsp Cocoa Powder

How to make Chocolate Fudge Cake:
Step 1: Grease and dust an 8-inch baking tin and preheat oven to 180° C. Sieve together maida, cocoa & baking soda.
Step 2: Beat butter and dahi until light and creamy. Add Nestlé MILKMAID and blend. Fold in the sieved ingredients, alternating with milk and pour into greased tin.
Step 3: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until tooth pick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Allow to cool in tin for 5 minutes and remove onto a wire rack.
Step 4: For chocolate icing, heat all the all icing ingredients together till it leaves the sides of the pan. Glaze cake and serve when coo.
