That early experience sparked a lifelong passion for creating products that resonate with people. You might know me as the co-founder of Timehop, which helped over 25 million users relive their favorite memories, or from my work on the Snapchat product team, where I helped shape experiences used by millions. Later, I raised $3M to launch the world’s first AirPods entertainment studio, bringing together an incredible team from Google and Apple. My Version of Nutty Pudding

This recipe is a twist on Bryan Johnson’s original Nutty Pudding, adapted and refined by the Reddit community into a reliable, delicious breakfast pudding. I’ve made a few tweaks to enhance both the flavor and texture.
This nutrient-packed pudding blends protein, nuts, and superfoods into a convenient mason jar format, making six ready-to-go servings.

Instructions
Conclusion
Ingredients
(Makes 6 mason jars)
270g ground macadamia nuts
42g ground walnuts
18g ground flaxseed
2 Brazil nuts
18 cherries
6 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons sunflower lecithin
1 tablespoon Ceylon cinnamon
3 cups blueberries (frozen or fresh)
3 tablespoons dried pomegranate juice powder
100g pea protein
200g chocolate whey protein (malt flavor recommended)
About 3 cups nut milk, plus extra as needed
12 tablespoons chia seeds (2 tablespoons per jar)
Instructions
Place all ingredients except the chia seeds into a blender. Add approximately 3 cups of nut milk—or enough to create a smooth, blendable mixture.
Blend until well combined and pour the mixture evenly into six mason jars.
Add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds to each jar, stirring thoroughly to mix.
Top off each jar with more nut milk as needed to fill.
Refrigerate overnight (or for several hours) to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken the pudding.
Final Notes
Using dried pomegranate juice powder instead of fresh juice improves shelf life and convenience without sacrificing flavor. The malt-flavored chocolate whey protein adds a rich, satisfying taste that makes this pudding a delicious way to start your day.
