Best Macro I’ve made yet. Very proud of the speaker holes on the back

One of each Nintendo handheld console to date(American releases). Not including Game&watch or the mini Pokémon stuff. Gameboy macro was Included just for fun. We have MANY other colors for some of these. Will post eventually. One day I will break and get the Gameboy light & the smaller “new” 3ds (both Japan only)

Just put the last touches on this GB Macro (the Nintendo logo). Rather than painting the bottom of the shell I repurposed the stylus slot as a speaker vent.

A Gameboy Macro XL in progress. Used the plastic from a DS lite top screen as a stencil for the speaker holes.

Another Gameboy macro in the works. Salvaged the ribbon cable that connects the top screen. Now it only supplies sound! The less soldering directly to the board the better (for me I guess). Just needs a paint job!

I play Smash Bros avidly so I figured its a must to have a 2 tone controller. It’s one half generic, one half authentic. I kept the generic Y button because it sits higher than an original. Nice for my short hops ;)
