I’m finally back on track.
Been counting my calories for the past week via MyFitnessPal and walking for 30-40 minutes daily.
Weighed in today to find that I lost 6lbs since the 1st. From 260 down to 254lbs even. Honestly? I haven’t seen 254lbs on a scale since October 2020.
The weekend was scary for me because that’s where I always mess up. I eat badly, end up binging, then the poor diet continues into the next week. But I got through it! Stuck to my 1200-1300 calorie diet and kept it pushing.
I’m just 4lbs away from my 1st goal weight. Can’t wait to get there!
