This guy is my favorite racer from the World Grand Prix. <3 A rally car from Alsace, France, he won my heart by being a bounding bundle of joy. He’s also one of the last people to crash in the big wreck that the field got caught up in in Porto Cossa, behind Lightning and Francesco.

According to The World of Cars Drive-In: “While he races, Raoul has an enthusiastic attitude, often shouting words of accomplishment out loud.”

Also: “A restless soul, Raoul joined the famous Cirque du Voiture French circus where he learned Gymkhana – a graceful, drift-filled motorsport that taught him pinpoint timing and an unparalleled ability to navigate tricky courses with ease.”
