Some thoughts (:

At this point, FBI: starring Missy Peregrym has become starring Jeremy Sisto over the years. I myself sometimes have doubts about whether she's really the main character.

I've long said that this guy is treated so much like the main character; he's always there, pushed forward as if the show depended on it. So much so that if he were to leave the show, people would be more disappointed than if it had been Missy, dead ass. He's the show's mascot. Often given roles that suited Isobel better, proving that at one point, most people thought he was the SAC and Isobel ASAC krkr.

Torrents of storylines about him when there was an opportunity to focus on others. PLUS, all this only to be crappy recycled storylines, mostly about his family (a forcing like never seen before). Always legitimized and victimized to justify his problematic actions, always wiping the slate clean.

But Isobel, episodes like 5x15 and 5x17, when her choices were objectively and rightfully the best given the circumstances, became the most hated woman on this show… look for the mistake.

The final episode, Alana delivered as always, but we'll always find time to talk about him, Isobel's character always in his shadow. He shouted "ISOBEL!! ISOBEL!!" (didn't even have the reflex to check her pulse nvm and mind you he was there before maggie), showed professionalism by refocusing the JOC after they learned that Isobel was present at the scene of the explosion. Should we applaud him while we're at it?? And it's crazy to see that people don't even realize that when he does something so-called 'good,' they cheered him on as if he reached a new milestone, but makes him fucking excuses when it's not the case. Give people the recognition they deserve. Missy. Alana. Zeeko. The cast is more than a man barking orders (which everyone already know) to people in a room.

So much to say, but some things never change.

It makes me laugh so hard when I see people who used to 'hate her' and now consider her and 'love' her BUT tolerate and are satisfied with what they do to her character. It's just pathetic..

If I see one more article on how Isobel’s death would be a great thing in season 8 so Jubal can get the promotion he "due deserves" (heavy sarcasm on my part there) I'm writing a fic where he dies out of pure spit. Stop wishing ill on my girl. She's done nothing wrong and does not deserve your hatred Screenrant.
