Welcome to the Fannibal Fan Book Project! This is a project created by fannibals, for fannibals. We hope to create an A4 booklet filled with creativity and love from the Hannibal fandom! It will include artwork, graphics, fan fiction, vines/videos, favorite episodes/favorite moments, and personal messages from the fannibals themselves!

WHAT IS THE BOOK? The book is fan-made and is intended to act as the voice of the Hannibal fandom. The moderators wanted to create something memorable and unique that will convey just how talented, dedicated and creative the Fannibals are. And what better way to showcase that than an entirely fan-produced booklet detailing the show!

HOW DO I GET INVOLVED? Easily! Just spread the word about the book on social media (Twitter, Tumblr, Facebook etc.) using this post (Tumblr) or this post (Twitter). You can also submit any art, fan fiction or videos that you like using our Submissions Page. Please follow the instructions closely there.

This is our becoming, and we aren’t done yet. This book might just be what it takes to #SaveHannibal!

- Chances are their room is a disaster and they have -846 motivation to do anything about it. Helping them tidy up will make them feel a little less overwhelmed. 

- Do their laundry. Even small chores seem to pile up when a person is depressed and not having clean clothes won’t make them feel any better. Washing their bedding is also great.

- Try to convince them to go for a short walk with you. There is a good chance they will feel a lot better after.

- If you can’t get them outside, at least open a window for fresh air and let some sunshine in.

- Prepare them a healthy meal with some fresh fruit. Many depressed people fall into bad eating patterns. 

- If they aren’t eating enough, make sure they are taking a multi vitamin since not getting enough of a vitamin causes depression

- Make them a warm, nice smelling bath. Aromatherapy is a great way to treat depression and anxiety. 

- Write them a letter or card to read for when they’re feeling really bad.

- Make them a recovery playlist with some of their favourite songs and anything up lifting.

- Make them laugh.

- Make them a cup of tea and sit with them.

- Listen to them and try to understand what they’re feeling.

I’m dating someone who does this stuff and more for me. For the first time ever. It’s really a blessing and not a day goes by that I don’t appreciate all of the little things, because at the end of the day they are actually the big things. Take care of your lovers.

So nice to read this when you're feeling down and you know you have no one who'd care about you enough to do this for you :) ... But yeah, if you're this someone, help your loved one...

I can’t sleep. I woke up a few hours ago, I had fallen asleep watching something than woke up and saw that Canadian gods had posted links for Digestivo online. Great! Then I watched. Nice, great, amazing! Now I’m looking for fellow reactions and thinking: what the hell? I felt like justice was served…

What Mason has done to Margot throughout her entire life has been despicable. Margot finally got what Margot wanted! Of course he had her baby on a pig’s belly, he’s disgusting! Margot, you go, girl!

Alana :/ oh, well… I’m just so sad she has been tossed around and haven’t had a thought for herself… She’s so smart, she could’ve figured out everything herself. She didn’t need to have her bones broken, nor Will scolding her for not being on his side… Well, at least she did the right thing in the end.

Hannibal and Will? Wow. Hannibal getting Will out of the farm bridal style? Oh, my heart Hannibal and Will at what-could-have-been kind of scenario? OH, MY HEART Will breaking up with Hannibal? !!!!!!! DON’T LIE TO ME, WILL GRAHAM! but there’s only so much a person can take. Hannibal’s destructive, he’s the life giver and destroyer of #hannigram and Will has had enough. That’s understandable. The great thing is, I don’t know about you but I feel it, they’re the kind of couple that loves each other and won’t ever break it up for good. They’re the best and worst thing for each other! They will be back together again (: murder husbands isn’t over, even though Galahad, sorry, Will doesn’t kill for sport. It’s fine (: you saw Hannibal’s smile. It’s hard, everyone’s hurting, but they will get off this airport and ride towards the sunset on a horse together. Don’t be sad, fellow Fannibals.

And that’s why I’m so sad right now. Those are my feeling for Digestivo and everyone’s so distraught? It’s saddening, but we’ve seen this before. We’ve seen worst, even. Red Dragon’s the promise of a new day! Will’ll try heterosexuality again, fail, and go back to being hannisexual again. Am I being too practical? Am I not hurt enough? I wanted to share this with people, I like this show so much but… Well, it goes with the theme of this friendless tumblr…

Will deserves to be happy and Hannibal knows it. He can be selfish just to a certain point. This episode has been about crossing lines and consequences. And no, it wouldn’t have been a satisfactory season or series finale because of pretty much that. We haven’t seen the consequences played out yet. We haven’t seen more lines being crossed, because that’s Hannibal. I’m eager and waggling my tail for more and, I thought I would’ve been upset but I’m so alive? Like Hugh said, it’s only getting started! Maybe I’ll change my mind when I wake up, when I watch the episode again, or next week's. But I’m sad I don’t understand why I’m not sad…

All in all, Hannibal wishes to have someone to talk to and be friends with and he found it in Will and had to let go because they were hurting each other. I can relate to that all too well :/
