Osome is a financial admin platform that helps business owners with administrative tasks like payroll, accounting and tax reporting. The company announced today it has raised a $25 million Series B from Illuminate Financial, AFG Partners and Winter Capital. This brings Osome’s total raised since it was founded in 2017 to $51 million.
The company says revenues have doubled since announcing its Series A in June 2021. It plans to become cash flow positive within the next 12 months, and recently announced a digital banking partnership with Singapore financial service corporation OCBC.
Osome currently serves more than 11,000 businesses in Singapore (where it is is headquartered), Hong Kong and the United Kingdom. It also offers business incorporation services in Singapore, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom, and integrates with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Lazada, Etsy and Shopee.

G.O.A.T Brand Labs raises $50 million led by Winter Capital and others
G.O.A.T is modelled around US-based Thrasio which acquires online sellers from Flipkart and Amazon who have shown early traction and helps them use G.O.A.T’s brand, technology and operational expertise.
Roll-up e-commerce startup G.O.A.T Brand Labs has raised $50 million in its Series A1 funding round led by Winter Capital, 9Unicorns, Venture Catalysts, Vivriti Capital and Oxyzo and participation from most of its existing investors, said the company on June 16.
The Tiger Global-backed company had last raised $36 million in July of 2021.
The house of brands has so far acquired 15 direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands including The Label Life - A Celebrity-Styled Lifestyle Brand, Voylla (Fashion Jewelry), trueBrowns & Abhishti (Indian Wear), Frangipani (Children Wear), Neemli and Nutriglow (Beauty & Skin Care) and Pets brand Doggie Dabbas, Pepe Inner fashion.
Additionally, the company also said that it is in talks with 12 more brands.

Cloud kitchen startup Curefoods raises $43 million led by Winter Capital
Cloud kitchen startup Curefoods has raised about $43 million (Rs 331 crore) in a funding round led by Winter Capital, which contributed about $14.7 million.
Winter Capital’s recent bets in India include healthcare startup Pristyn Care and fintech firm Money View.
Three State Capital has invested $5.8 million in the round.

Winter Capital ,Tiger Global, others invest $75 million in Money View
Online financial services provider, Money View said it has raised $75 million in a fresh round of funding from Tiger Global, Winter Capital, Evolvence India, and Accel. Other investors including South Park Commons, Trusted Insight and Dream Incubator also participated in the current round, the company said in a prepared statement on 9 March.
