I was just rewatching season three (which I rarely even do) and I noticed a detail I'd never seen before.

In episode three, at 03:52, you can faintly see Clarice turning around Maddalena's shoes because she put them on backwards. Why is nobody talking about that scene?? it's the cutest thing ever 🥺

Lorenzo x Francesco headcanons

Lorenzo screams for francesco each time there's some kind of bug in their house no matter how small

Francesco isn't really scared of them so he kills them for him

But then lorenzo gets mad because he feels bad and he wanted Francesco to put the bug in the garden not take a life!

Lorenzo is the biggest most outrageous blanket puller ever but luckily francesco's rarely cold

He still pulls back on the blanket though cause he's just petty like that

Francesco does all the cooking in their house because due to jacopo he grew up to be pretty independent

Lorenzo did try to make Francesco breakfast once for valentiness day but he nearly burned down their house so the other has officially banished him from the kitchen

Lorenzo will randomly put his arms around Francesco's waist while he's cooking, get in the shower with him with no warning, rest his hand on his thigh under the table when they're out somewhere, blurt out "i love you" in the middle of casual conversations and many, many other things.

His love language is showing his love constantly and Francesco doesn't think he'll ever get used to it

Francesco's way of showing love is more subtle but no less sweet

He'll forbid Lorenzo lift a finger if he's sick, put his hand on his forehead if he even dares mention he's hot, always give him his coat, scarf, and gloves (cause Lorenzo keeps forgetting his), make him breakfast since he wakes up earlier, etc

Francesco is the one who not only remembers his own meetings, but also Lorenzo's, and has to remind him of every little thing on his schedule

Lorenzo always insists on spooning Francesco and the latter will never admit how much he loves it

It's not a rare occurance for Francesco to show up to the Pazzi bank accidentally wearing Lorenzo's tie or vice-versa

I like to think Guglielmo and Francesco weren't always close like they're shown to be.

They're very different, if you think about it. It almost seems that if there wasn't something to join them they wouldn't be close at all. But there is something that joins them, and that is their parents's death.

Both brothers didn't really fight, Francesco was too young and Guglielmo too sweet, but they didn't exactly get along either. But when their parents unexpectedly died, Guglielmo had to step up. He had to stop being just Francesco's brother, and become his brother. And Francesco will forever be grateful, which is why they grew up to be inseparable.

They have their differences, but at the end of the day, they were all each other had for a long time.
