We're actually doing great at being all around better. We cleaned and decluttered our room two days ago. We're drinking more water and monitoring our food to try to lose weight again. Today we're only just now drinking a soda (we have a major caffeine addiction and are working on it slowly) as a reward for dusting, vacuuming, and reorganizing the living room.
Today has been a good day

Apparently, yoga does help. I did some poses that are supposed to help release trauma, and I feel calmer. Tho I do feel like I'm gonna cry.
