"Coming to a hand shake near you!" Pleased to present my latest business card and my first with my new brokerage, Sunset Property Management & Realty. Realtors are notorious, I count myself among them for advertising with outdated younger photos of themselves. Well, if you know me, then you know I got to thinking, 'Jr., why not really lean into this and go way back, like hop in your DeLorean way back to the early 80's and bust out a little league photo." If I recall correctly, this photo is from my first minor league team circa 1980. And here we are, my latest creation! I will say this, "My trademark smile has been consistent through the ages." On the confluence of Saint Valentines Day & Ash Wednesday, we successfully executed the sale of Geraldine, aka "Geri's" home in Compton. On this day, Geri shared with me that she had bought this home as a single mother in 1980. At that time, not many realtors were willing to give her a chance. Geri found one who was.
