Yeah I’m pretty sure Gingerbright had a bit of a change in her color palette, if you look closely the same also kind of applies to Gingerbrave & Dozer as well! (Notice how the reds like in the candy cane and mouths are more brownish)

I think they tried to make the color palettes of the cookies look more “warmer” to contrast the cool dark themes around the castle and the Witch herself. How despite these cookies being so cheerful and living happy lives, there is still mysterious dark themes & secrets around Matilda the witch and the whole castle itself.

Idk if I explained that right or if I’m even right at all, I can be wrong and that’s okay! But again that’s how I think of it really!
