The first worst stage of a project is the moment inbetween “I’ve just started” and “in the thick of things” (like halfway done) where like two things look really good and well done but the rest is still a mess and looks worse than when you first started and things were just barely shaping. The second worst stage is when you’re like 85% done and the fact things haven’t magically finished themselves makes you want to pop because now it’s no longer “yay progress!!” it’s just “GRAAAH NOT DONE YET!”

I’m intimately familiar with both of these stages which is why I am currently on tumblr complaining instead of just working on said project BAHAHAHA
