another day of being sleepy and tired but soldiering on. bravery means to keep going despite everything, and we will go through this together. take breaks when needed, remember to eat, watch a movie that makes you laugh, talk to your friends. we will make it through, but there is a difference between trying a little every day and pushing through burnout.

i am overwhelmed and i just want everything to stop. just stop. just for a moment so i can think, so i can cry, so i can mourn but its so difficult because life just keeps going and my issues are piling on top of each other and suffocating me and i am so overwhelmed that i cant breathe. i hate this.
