When you realize. That not only have you only eaten once and had chocolate and caffeine all day. And that’s is probably causing the anxiety to be so difficult. But now your mental meds are gonna hit different because of the lack of food and boat of anxiety combination.

Sometimes the things that trigger our fears don’t make the most sense. They aren’t logical. But they are very real and valid nonetheless.

Everyone thinks they know what’s best. They make choices for me. Rather than letting me make choices for myself.

It feels like I just not enough to be wanted around. To be allowed the choice. So here I’ve laid in bed yet again. Because someone thought it for me best to do it.
