Mall Rant / Concept 🤷🏿‍♂️

This might be an unpopular opinion but hear me out...

So we have community spaces and lot traits in The Sims 4 currently which are decent especially with the City Living festivals, the Mt. Korombei festivals and also the Cottage Living Village to name a few but, I think introducing something like The Sims Freeplay Mall would not only be great but it will also present a chance to have a multi-functional lot trait in the game. Now maybe the lot trait is too far lol but, it would be nice to have the mall. Now it could be the same concept, you go in pick your spot and fix it up and fully customize your retail store/restaurant to your liking and using the get to work DLC you hire and train your employees and each store/ restaurant acts as its own entity. Maybe I’m asking for too much but I know its possible for sims to do and maybe even dumb it down a lil but I feel if they’re promising YEARS of content to come to the game this should be do-able. (especially since its been done before!) Hope you enjoyed my rant lol. 😂😂 *Just want Sims to stay enjoyable*

Lucy’s Minimart & Condos

What's good simmers?! ... Here's a quick mixed, semi-furnished lot for you guys. I wanted to make a couple of apartments above a convenient store and this is what I came up with. Apartment number one is a fully furnished one-bedroom apartment and the idea is that the owner lives there and rents out the two vacant apartments above. I hope you guys enjoy it!
