I think about how Jackie lost her purpose in the wilderness while Nat gained a purpose in the wilderness ALOT.

Jackie was unable to help out in the wilderness while everyone relied on Natalie for food when in Wiskayok it was the opposite, Jackie was the perfect popular girl that everyone looked up too and Nat was an outcast

I've seriously lost sleep over these scenes (⬇️)

But Natalie got rescue soon after and Jackie died

OH MY GOSHHHH yes i need to talk more about those two couples and how i see them reflected in each other.

abby and shauna are both extremely closed off people with their one exception, max and jackie respectively. what comes to mind is the happy birthday poster and shauna making jackie help her so that the team wouldnt get upset.

jackie and max are sensitive souls who cannot handle the thought of her friends not liking her anymore. which happens over the course of season one/season three.

and then the turning points in their relationship, wilderness baby and abby’s queerness that she chose to hide from max.

overall they’re SO interesting and i love how similar and different they are. also jackieshauna would absolutely be the older couple at pride giving advice to a very young abbymax.
