I'm really glad you like my drawings and manga💞 The last time I drew Dark Ominis and Dark Sebastian, I described both Japanese and English in one drawing, but I usually prepare and post Japanese Ver. and English Ver. separately. I only post the English version on this Tumblr, but you can see both Japanese Ver. and English Ver. on my Twitter! I'll try to describe both English and Japanese in one picture when the number of words is short, like in the Dark Ominis and Dark Sebastian pictures 😚.

Hi 👋 hope you're having a good weekend! I was looking thru Mugglenet and trying to discern which patronus my Hogwarts Legacy oc's would have along with her family members--and I wondered what the patronuses of the students in Hogwarts legacy would have. I was wondering if you had any ideas or thoughts on how to choose or what the students' patronuses are. It's a loaded question, I know, so it's okay if you don't want to go thru the trouble--there's a lot of patronuses to choose from 😅

HLC PATRONUS HCS

Usually, patronus show a wizard's innate quality. In some cases, it represents those qualities that remain dormant in them until needed. But ultimately, patronus are unpredictable in their form and can possibly change over a wizard's lifetime.

OMINIS GAUNT: Basilisk. The king of serpents. As a direct descendant of Salazar Slytherin, this one comes without much surprise. As much as he reputes his family, he cannot deny the power that lies within him. In times of need, he will unleash it to protect those he cares for most. And it will be bloody.

SEBASTIAN SALLOW: Thestral. To many, a terrible remnant of death. To some, a comfort in a time of grief. Once you get past they're ghoulish appearance, you will find a kind and timid creature beneath. Despite being carnivorous, they are scavengers, not hunters. Terribly misunderstood beasts that seek companionship (hence why they are such common carriage pullers).

ANNE SALLOW: Black Mamba. One of the deadliest snakes in the world, with a bite that can kill a full grown human in minutes. She's far more powerful than even she realizes. Even cursed, she could clear a room of inferi with a single spell. There aren't many graduated witches and wizards that can do that, let alone one of 15.

IMELDA REYES: Falcon. One of the most feared predators of the sky. Despite their size, their speed and accuracy make them one of the most successful arial hunters. The falcon fits her ambition and skill on a broom.

GARRETH WEASLEY: Fox. A mischievous red-furred creature. The symbolism is as subtle as a train wreck full of fireworks.

LEANDER PREWETT: Stag. Regel, proud, and often associated with guardianship. His family name carries a lot of weight, hence why he struggles with his insecurities of fitting into his Gryffindor house. The patronus is proof that there is greatness in him.

NATSAI ONAI: Giraffe. Her father's animagus form. The purpose of a patronus is to protect the caster from dementors. It is if her father is still with her.

AMIT THAKKAR: Elephant. The very symbol of intelligence, wisdom and mental strength in Hinduism. His patronus is exceptionally strong.

EVERETT CLOPTON: Abraxen Winged Horse. One of the rarest known patronus. Winged horses are often associated with free spiritedness.

POPPY SWEETING: Hippogriff. A creature as beautiful as it is vindictive. Do not cross this creature, it holds a grudge and is terribly powerful. If it deems something's existence as an affront to its own, it will not rest until it is eradicated.

LUCAN BRATTLBY: Chow Dog. Yes, they are super cute and fluffy. They are also genetically closest to the wolf and are some of the most loyal guard dogs. Don't judge a book by its cover, or a dog by it super fluffy fur.

PROFESSOR FIG: Brown Bear. A ferociously protective beast, especially of it's cub. It's kind and soft face hides the gnashing teeth and tearing claws that can rip a man limb from limb.

PROFESSOR WEASLEY: Lioness. A true Gryffindor. Godric would be proud. The true leader of the pride, she keeps everyone in order, even when the male lion meant to protect is entirely incompetent.

PROFESSOR SHARP: Wolf. Cunning and loyal, he is a lone wolf that lost his pack. He will find it again, with his found family at Hogwarts.

PROFESSOR GARLICK: White Mare. Beautiful, swift and strong. Behind her gentle kindness is the strength of 10 wizards. She simply never feels the need to use it. She much prefers the peace of the greenhouse.

PROFESSOR RONEN: Dragonfly. Almost invisible, the swift dragonfly will find it's target and explode like a firework into one of the strongest patronus of the staff. He can repel dozens of dementors with a single cast. No one can take his joy.

PROFESSOR HECAT: Tiger. Independent, strategic, patient. She has the calmest composer in the heat of battle. None can outsmart her.

PROFESSOR ONAI: Badger. Make no mistake, hers isn't an English badger. It's an African badger. AKA, the honey badger. One of the most vicious creatures on earth. Do not make them angry. Her patronus gives a glimpse into the true ferocity she holds within. Don't test her.

PROFESSOR BINNS: Is incapable of casting, as he is a ghost, but in life, his patronus was a shrew. His mind ever hungered for knowledge to understand the past. He's never been satiated.

PROFESSOR KOGAWA: Eagle. Lord of the skies. All make way for the imposing and determined eagle. Once one has been targeted, there is no escape.

PROFESSOR SHAH: Snowy Owl. The silent hunter of the cold night. They say the stare of the owl can mark one for death.

PROFESSOR HOWIN: Sparrowhawk. One of the smallest birds of prey. Size truly isn't everything. Even the smallest talons can render flesh.

HEADMASTER BLACK: Peacock. Because he's fabulous and he knows it. This one ain't that deep.

MC: *approaching Ominis a little bit upset* Ominis, do you have a moment?

Ominis: Of course my dear, are you alright?

MC: *sigh* I need some help…this Ravenclaw guy keeps giving me shit every time I walk past him in the halls and it’s getting a bit much-

Ominis: *raising a hand* I’m going to stop you right there MC, don’t you think something like this is better left to Sebastian? As much as I don’t condone him threatening or assaulting people I think he’ll have a better effect on this unkind Ravenclaw than I. I’m not saying I don’t want to help you but I’m not sure if I’d be much help.

MC: *pursing her lips* Well the thing is Ominis…I already went to Sebastian. I told him what was happening and he was just about ready to go on the hunt until I told him who the guy was…then he just laughed and told me to speak to you instead.

Ominis: *taken aback* He did what?! What does he mean speak to me about it? Who’s the guy?

MC: Duncan Hobhouse.

Ominis: *eye twitches instantly* Understood. I’m on it. *starts speed walking away* SHOW YOUR COWARDLY FACE PUFFSKEIN DUNKEIN!!!
