The person saying the speech bubble is the “pirate crew” Akaashi called on the phone in episode 1! It’s a reference to One Piece’s Ace, I think.

Kuroo speaking English to test Kenma. “Ok” he says.

Reference to “Hell Teacher Nube” manga, who has a left hand with power to defeat youkai sealed in. Was also referenced in chapter 3.

I have no idea what the reference is, but I think it’s a Japanese comedian ref.

Saeko, after the episode where they get piss drunk with Shimada, Akiteru and the likes.

Daishou, who still doesn’t know how to Boyfriend.

Hana, seeing the team try to do dragon ball moves in chapter 7, tries it out for herself.

Takeru’s little brother thinks about using Kawatabi’s hair as a calligraphy brush.

A reference to Kindaichi’s Case Files, where the quote is “I will solve this case, in the name of my grandpa!”

Iwa-chan gets an Oikawa translator, after the end of chapter 10. Unlike him, Oikawa understands him perfectly.

Set after chapter 11, where they all play a romance game. “Little sister” characters in Japanese romantic games and visual novels are… unrealistic.
