Hiccup’s Law: Chapter 5

Three months and a few days after he paid the price for attempting the impossible, Hiccup’s knuckles grip the armrest of his wheelchair so hard they turn white. Well, for his human hand at least.

“You ready for this?”

“No. I feel like I’m going to throw up,” Hiccup admits, but swallows back any other quip he wants to make. “I’ll do it anyway.”

Hey guys. Earlier tonight I got a notification that I had a comment on a fic of mine. Sweet! Except it was from a guest account with a chosen name, and all it contained was a link. Super suspicious. I deleted the comment and moved on. About an hour later, I got another comment on a different fic, from another guest account. Deleted that too. Then ANOTHER comment on a THIRD fic. Which was this:

At this point I decided enough was enough and changed my settings so that only registered users can comment. Annoying, but :/// necessary. I’ve also changed the password to my account just to be safe.

I just wanted to put this out there to warn people in case any of this is happening to you. Be safe, don’t click on random links and trust your gut lol

An old AU living in my head rent free recently has been my Assassin!Hiccup AU that i made years ago, but in the hijack discord server someone reminded me of it and then I started plotting to figure out how I could make it a hijack story xD (original posts about it from 2016 can be found HERE and HERE)

Plot stuff/rambles for this idea under the cut, most of it is copy pasted from my rambles on discord LOL

Basically the idea is it’s a canon divergence, Hiccup is the sole survivor of Berk after Drago’s attack, and he goes on a path of revenge, hunting Drago and his army down with the intent to kill him. He learns how to kill swiftly and efficiently, and by the time he’s able to kill Drago and his generals, he’s completely lost himself in his sorrow, his heart locked away. He uses the Bewilderbeast to destroy the rest of Drago’s army.

After this, though, he becomes truly lost and directionless, now that his goal of revenge has been achieved. Eventually, though, other mercenaries seek him out asking him to kill other people because he was so good at it, and Hiccup goes along with it because he’s just so numb and dead inside it doesn’t matter to him anymore, until he’s tasked with assassinating this young princess who, when he poises over her bed to strike the killing blow, realizes she’s the spitting image of Astrid and it kind of shocks him into realizing what the *hell* is he doing?!

The young princess is Camicazi, because I’ve always wanted them to interact LOL and I’ve always liked the idea of them having a father/daughter relationship.

So Hiccup obviously leaves this princess alone, he can’t kill her, but later finds out she’s been kidnapped by other mercinaries (the original guys who wanted her dead hired someone else to do the deed when hiccup didn’t do it, but these new guys decided they could get more money by also holding her for ransom and then kill her afterwards), so hiccup decides he’ll do one good thing and goes to save her because at this point, he knows a lot of the darker channels and underground places where these types of people will go

when he goes to rescue her, tho, he also finds these guys have poached a lot of rare and exotic creatures, as well as a Light Fury, and perhaps even a baby nightfury (who then inexplicably grows attached to Camicazi as they escape) >w> So it could be an interesting way for the light fury and Hiccup to like. Begrudgingly work together and bond over protecting these little guys who just keep getting themselves into trouble.

And how Jack fits into all this? I’ll put that in the next post I make for this AU >w>

Can I just say I love the way you designed Jamie. Like I never had a clear image of him in my head but you NAILED IT!!!!

More doodles for @kaeviche ‘s Full Metal Alchemist AU, the idea of Jaime being trapped in a little doll body was too good for me to not try to figure out his design, especially playing with the idea of his face being stuck expressionless but doing stuff with the body language/eyes :D SO i did some concepts and also i had the idea that maybe his sister would paint his body to be more colorful! And yes i made him have Baby Tooth colors, nyeheheh

*jingles keys* alright now that I have ur attention, allow me to introduce you to what my brain has been cooking for the entire day: hijack fic but instead of jack going to gang, the gang goes to jack (All inspired by this wonderful post)

How do the gang manage to butt fumble their way to the present? No idea! I do however know that there will be many shenanigans that will take place while the gang navigate earth (and u know, the guardians wink wink nudge)

Anyway while they’re desperately trying to find their dragons, Jamie and co happen upon 5 (6? I mean, one has two heads) equally cautious dragons. The kids have no idea what to do and who can blame them really.

Awkward meetings, magic, dragons, social media, tooth palaces, the fricken North Pole like it’s all here. Going home would be the natural instinct, but a pretty frost boy with prettier eyes might convince a certain someone to stay,,,

Idk what to call this au, probably something corny like the “dragons on earth au” or something
