Very good trope: when someone tries to kill someone who hurt them and is screaming and raging and then. And then they can't finish it. When they go to stab them and just stabs the space next to them. When they scream in rage and agony. Angry that they've been so ruined by this person and angry that they can't even finish it. Because they love them. Because they love them so fucking much. Because they want to kill them but they can't. They can't. Because they DESERVE to die but they can't!! They can't fucking do it!!! They love them and that's the worst thing they ever did to them!!!!
