Cozy Grove Diary Day 1

I’ve been playing this game for a few days, I don’t do a lot. Mostly I’ve been getting on finishing up quests and leaving for the day. Today will also be a pretty short rundown because I didn’t have much time to play it as I was mostly focused on ACNH today. I still really love this game and desire to collect more and get more of a cohesive decorated area, but right now I’m just gonna keep listening to the bears and their quests.

Bear Quests

Charlotte is looking to upgrade my pickaxe and wants my old pickaxe, 5 iron ingots and 4 relic ash. I have all of these so this one will be easy to finish up.

Allison wants me to find five muffins. I don’t usually love the hide and seek missions so we’ll see how this one goes...

Patrice has another missing package for me to search for.

Francesca wants me to find a relic, thankfully I already got the dowsing rod from Jeremy yesterday.

Jeremy me to find a metal heart.

Captain Billweather has a quest for me from yesterday still for tea eggs. I still don’t have 12 eggs to finish up the quest, so he’ll be waiting another day or so.

And Valentina, the ghost I got to appear yesterday, wants me to get residency paperwork from the imps.

Quests Finished

Charlotte’s was finished first because I had all of the items.

Next quest to finish was actually Patrice’s because I found the package she was missing very quickly because it was a marked dig spot on my way to start Allison’s mission. Anyway, Patrice’s package was a pair of black socks that she was super happy to get and I’m very happy for her.

I finished Jeremy’s next because the hint for his was for the desserts table which can only be one place. Jeremy is still on thinking he’s stuck here because he must have created something awful so he melted the heart that found him :/

Next up was Francesca’s quest because I just found the horned skull pattern on the beach while trying to find the last imp for Valentina’s quest. Feels a little like I cheated since I didn’t even use the dowsing rod, but I guess it’s fine since Francesca mostly just gave me more tutorial about relics rather than story.

Finished up Valentina’s next, she finally got to officially welcome me to Cozy Grove. Which was sweet. I do love how much a lot of these ghosts do not really worry about the stranded child on their island.

Started off strong with Allison’s with needing a hint from Charlotte because the tarp hint is always so vague for me. I ended up actually needing a lot of help for the muffins 3/5 of them because I just can’t do those vague hints and I get sick of running around the island so fast. It got done though.

Wrap Up

Finished up by feeding Flamey his logs...

ACNH Diary Day 1

Okay, so I’ve had this island for about a year, but I also dropped it for about 5 months. I’m still missing a good portion of the museum and my island is not up quite to where I want it yet. There’s still villagers that I need to kick out/replace, I still have a bunch to do on Harv’s Island which I only unlocked yesterday and my catalogs in general are lacking. That I think should give a good idea of where I’m starting here.

 Today’s Goals

Use up Nook Miles Tickets

Maybe find Coco

Maybe find Apple trees

Restock on craft resources

Set up for Daily Nook Mile grind tomorrow

Today’s Logs

Started off by donating to Harv’s Island for Tortimer to start, next will be Lief. After that I headed on over to Resident Services and added a new resident plot so that I could go villager hunting with my tickets. Then I finished off my home loan and started another one to get a third room in my home. Now I’ll have to decide what to do with that room...maybe it’ll be my hoarding room for my growing gyroid collection...anyway, I finished off my restructuring by adding a new bridge to my island as well. Unfortunately I don’t have screenshots of these tasks as I decided to make this blog in the middle of my day.

Now to the main ACNH activity today...Mystery Island Tours. I ended up on an Island with Tiffany who I do love but doesn’t fit the overall Island theme I’m going for and they definitely aren’t Coco, so unfortunately it’ll be a pass for me.

From the same Island I was also able to catch a catfish and donate that to the blathers 

Next I found Snooty, I love the colors on Snooty a lot but again not within theme or Coco. So onto the next island... 

Got an Island with Drift, I’m not fond of the frog villagers but I do love their spots. 

I was able to donate a centipede to the museum as well. 

Unfortunately, I had to cut my playtime today short so I didn’t get through all of my tickets. Off screen I did get through two others so I did a total of 5 mystery island tours today. So I finished up with prepping for getting Nook Miles tomorrow. For me all this means is making sure I have items conveniently in my pockets so I can get through the Nook Miles+ as fast as possible.
