Well here are some the layouts i had lying around (i have a bunch), i applied the texture sets i have been developing and they look quite nice tbh, i like them, the second one still needs a lot of work, but the first one only needs a little more care with the blending of its textures and a little touch here and there, the second one still needs to pass the whole doodaing & texturing process and maybe a touch here and there at the layout, but other than that i looks fine to me.

Both pictures are of a high resolution if you guys want to have a sneak at the maps, the first one is called Red Forest and it has been published to b.net under the KTT (KTV testing tag) to EU, AM & KR servers if you guys want to try it out!

Updates & Experiments!

Hi guys, it's been a while and for those wondering no, i'm not dead (yet),a i'm in the finals period and stressed out to hell but thanks god my university allows me to give examns in two periods instead of just one, and that reduces the stress quite a bit, i have even started to work on some maps as you can see!

Those are concepts of themes and textures more than anything, the last one is a interesting one that could become a map in itself, but i'll have to see how the map flows out first.

Well guys this was a short update to let you know that i'm not yet dead, i'll keep working on those new sexy maps~

Outta no where a complete finished and beautiful city map!

Haha, well not really out of nowhere, i have been working on this thing for quite a while now, the problem is that i haven't found the time to actually write about it here on my blog, the map has been published with a KTT tag on the AM server for those that may want to try it out now, it has some small problems tho, so for those others that  wan to play on the finished version will have to wait until tomorrow morning (that's when i'll publish the finished version!) [Yep this map will be out of any KTV Vol x]

Today's the day

Today i'll publish the maps to reddit, but other communities like Team Liquid, sc2la or SXG team will have to wait until the ~Thursday since i have other things to do first for college :(

Also i want to update the KTVmaps blog ASAP since i have some time this weekend so i'm hoping i'll be able to add at least four to five maps to the archive.

Shepherd moons Prometheus (inner) and Pandora (outer) pass by, alternately smoothing and disturbing the particles that make up the ring. Kinks, knots, wakes and disturbances are apparent in the thin ring as it rotates.

Back On Track!

Well it's been a while since the last update and i'm kind of happy to announce that i'm in top Gold and a short distance to being promoted to Plat!.... But well i guess that is much better than being top Silver isn't it?

About the KTV vol 3 I would like it to be the size of the KTV Vol 2 (6 maps) but i don't have the time to work on so many maps and achieving proficiency with all of them without slipping on my grades and stuff, i just can't do it, and even if i could i just don't have the space left in Battle.net to upload them, so i also think i'll have to remove maps from the ones i have published atm, i think i'll remove Fotra Kepuka LE since that map is just wasting space by being there, there's no need for a Fotra Kepuka with xel'naga towers (unlike Cloud Atlas), i'll remove Highgrounds too, since the map is a bit outdated, would like to publish Eroded Temple too, but the map is still needs more work (texturing, doodads, slight changes in favor of balance, etc), but that would mean to stay sited on top of these other three maps at least for another two weeks, maybe three because i'm going to enter a exams period in college, and i don't want that because it has be just too long since the KTV Vol II... Hmmm....

Decisions, decisions... Well guys i hope you enjoy the pics, and beware because those are the extremely high res pics that i use for my maps  to see how the texturing feels in the map and what doodads could cause trouble, so beware (i think that tumblr re-sizes the pictures anyways, but it does not harm to advise you).

HUGE Editor Changes!

These changes are incredible, just the symmetric option allows to make a map in half the time! while the others allow you to publish the map to all the servers at the same time, these are just the tip of the changes, it is literally christmas in July!
