Another Sun and Moon difference for the Stark sisters is Arya being analytical and thinking situations through while Sansa tends to be impulsive, including trusting characters who try to gain favor for their own ends. For ex.
Arya watched them die and did nothing. What good did it do you to be brave? One of the women picked for questioning had tried to be brave, but she had died screaming like all the rest. There were no brave people on that march, only scared and hungry ones. - Arya, ACOK

Arya feeling helpless and yet understanding there is nothing she can do, no way she can help those getting beaten, raped and murdered. She's just a kid. Meanwhile, impulsive Sansa would have pushed Joffrey off that parapet and been killed for it if the Hound had not stepped in. Sandor Clegane is pretty much why Sansa survives at that instant of time.
