so I just watched the first episode of dead boy detectives and OMG ARE THEY SO JAMES AND REGULUS CODED ITS INSANE. Like Charles is so James and Edwin is regulus.

Edwin and Charles are definitely going to meet Death face to face in S2. I feel like she will firstly tell them she wouldn't have forced them to go, and they'll have a nice conversation and they'll be besties in the end.
