trollthing: a gender related to being a ‘homestuck’ troll and a thing, or a ‘trollthing’

for myself! the top and bottom stripes are the hemospectrum and the inner stripes are colors from trolls’ hair, skin, and horns. i’ll be posting subsets of this related to specific blood colors soon!

So finding just about anything homesick related was kinda hard, hence the quote in the top row being the only thing directly related to homesickness

To make up for that, I tried to make all the punk related bits things that are easy to relate to Alternia, since I assumed that was the home you're missing.

PALE ATTRACTION

My intention with this post is to provide terminology for people who already use the Quadrant system in their romantic life. However, you are allowed to adopt this system if it is new to you and you find it appealing.

Pale (or) Moirallegic Attraction: An attraction founded on a desire to support, protect, and form a commited and deep emotional relationship with a person. Some gestures of Pale affection may include Hugs, Papping (ie patting / caressing intended to calm a person), and Jamming (Sessions of emotional vulnerability). A pale relationship is distinct from a friendship. It could be considered similar to a Queerplatonic, Alterous or Romantic relationship, or it could be considered entirely distinct, depending on how the individual wishes to define it.

A pale partner is called a Moirail.

A pale relationship is called a Moirallegiance.

Pale feelings are typically expressed with the <> and ♦️ emojis.

Flushed (or) Matespritic Attraction: An attraction very similar to our current definition of Romantic Attraction. Characterised by feelings of romantic love, and / or sexual attraction. Some gestures of Flushed affection may include hugs, kisses, and sex. Some people may view Flushed attraction and Romantic / Sexual attraction as one and the same.

A flushed partner is called a Matesprit.

A flushed relationship is called a Matespritship.
