Today's story from OP's book of autism:
When I was younger, let's say from around age 12 to 16 or something, I became very concerned with the issue of what time I should show up for things, like when you go to someone's house to play, for example. I've always been the type to get anywhere very early because I think of it as the polite thing to do, but I do admit I can go overboard sometimes since I account for a lot of factors when traveling, like the fact that I get lost easily, so I should leave a bit earlier because of that; or the fact that the bus might be late and I might miss my connection and have to take a later train, so I need to account for that as well... anyway, these things only ended up happening sometimes, so a majority of the time I'd be at the agreed upon place way too early because my journey went smoothly against all odds. I quickly realized this was not a good thing at all, because people seemed bothered by the thought that I'd waited so long and felt pressured to show up earlier as well, and it was even worse when the destination was someone's house because even I understood I couldn't simply turn up an hour early and disrupt everyone's plans.
This bothered me so much that I started overthinking my usual "polite" gesture of arriving 10 to 15 minutes early as well, because what if they weren't expecting me yet? When I invite someone to my house I do tend to do some last minute cleaning and tidying, and 15 extra minutes do wonder, so if the agreed upon time is 5pm then when is a good time to get there, truly? Surely I cannot expected to be late, although some people take that approach, and I do believe 5 to 10 minutes is perfectly fine but if I am running more than a couple minutes late my brain quite literally feels like I might get apoplexy, so that is out of the question for me.
Plagued by this incessant struggle, I came to the only logical conclusion at the time, which was... ringing the doorbell at exactly 5pm. For years, I kid you not, I would arrive early to people's houses, then quietly hover around for however long until the exact meeting time arrived, down to the minute, and that's when I would ring the bell. I feel like this is probably one of the most autistic things I've ever done ☠️ now that I'm older, I realize this is the type of thing that made people think I was weird, even though it made perfect sense to me lol. At least the parents thought I was endearing so there's a small win?

Fun fact about me: when I was little I watched The Fairly OddParents every once in a while, and it was my first time being exposed to the American letter grade system. However, for the life of me I couldn't fathom why in the world you'd have A, B, C, D but then skip to F? Where was the letter E?? It bothered me so much that I pondered over it for months, until it was explained to me that it's not necessarily meant to be alphabetical till F, but that the letter F was just short for "Fail," so basically it was to be taken as A, B, C, D and then "Not passed." The problem is, then I started wondering what the meaning of the other letters is supposed to be, because aren't they also meant to be standing for something? But they aren't. This still bugs me to this day.
Imagine how I felt when I discovered tier lists and found out they have every letter in alphabetical order till F... with the exception that they put S above A for some Godforsaken reason. Anyway this is a long-winded way of saying I'm autistic

Imagine being in high school with Satoru, Suguru, and Shoko, and as you gradually get closer to your new classmates, you end up developing a crush on Suguru. He's handsome, considerate, and mature; what's there not to like? However, you are unfortunately aware of Suguru's popularity with the ladies, and your awkward attempts at getting the local heart-throb to notice you seem to be going nowhere.
After failing to talk to your crush for the umpteenth time, you finally decide it's time to swallow your pride and ask for help. You take out your phone and are just about to text Shoko for advice, but you don't notice your thumb pressing down on the wrong chat, and you end up accidentally pouring your heart out to the world's worst confidante: Gojo Satoru.
It's all over, you think. Not only is he a huge blabbermouth, but he is also Suguru's best friend on top of that, so there is no way Satoru is keeping this to himself. On the next day, dread fills you with every step you take toward your classroom. You try to think your options over, should you perhaps drop to your knees and beg the white-haired sorcerer to keep his mouth shut? How about sneaking out to the nearest candy shop and purchasing an ungodly amount of his favorite treats instead? The guy is well-known for his unmatched sweet tooth and you are tempted to try out your ideas, but you'd be lying to yourself if you entertained the possibility that Gojo Satoru hasn't already spilled your deepest secret by now. You try and think positively instead, and you tell yourself that hey, at least now Suguru will know, and he can let you down gently. Maybe then, you'll stop agonizing over him, right?
What you are not expecting is for Suguru to act like nothing happened, and for Satoru's blue eyes to be glued to the side of your head for the entire morning instead. The guy normally bounced off the walls, so him calmly and silently burning into you with his stare and his signature unnerving smirk instead of hounding you like he normally would unsettles you more than any other crazy hypothetical your mind had cooked up since the dreaded incident up till now, and you make up your mind to just avoid him as much as you can until you figure out his intentions.
You are even more surprised when you sit down with Shoko for lunch like usual, and she doesn't make a peep about your embarrassing mishap with Satoru, so you finally allow yourself to believe that hey, maybe the guy is actually decent and kept your secret to himself!
You give yourself a pat on the back, your mood so much better than it was just a minute ago, but sadly it doesn't last for long because before you know it, Gojo Satoru himself has you cornered in a deserted hallway, a shit-eating grin residing smugly on his stupid face, and he really lets you have it. You think he is making up for all the teasing, taunting, and goading he didn't get to do earlier due to you promptly avoiding him like the plague, judging from how fast he speaks as he pokes and prods at you for your huge, gigantic, monumental (as he so lovingly put it) crush on his best friend.
You are beyond mortified, but not really surprised. This is Gojo Satoru, after all; this sort of behavior coming from him is nothing short of ordinary, so you silently take what he throws at you with a sigh and an expression that reads, "Are you done?"
But he isn't done; no, he has apparently just gotten started, and if you weren't surprised before, you are definitely floored now because unless your ears are deceiving you, Satoru has just offered to help you get Suguru's attention.
"What? Why? What is he plotting? Is this some kind of prank? Is Suguru in on this and they are just making fun of me?" Are all the questions that pop into your mind during the silent beat that follows Satoru's offer. You really weren't expecting him to be interested in your or Suguru's love lives in the slightest except for maybe teasing you both, let alone to actively involve himself in them to ensure your future relationship's smooth sailing, and you tell him as much. He looks almost offended at the implication but, alas, restates his original offer to you. You can't help but question his true motives, but he brushes off your concern with a nonchalant shrug of his shoulders, stating he's just bored, and he thinks you and Suguru would be a good match, and weren't you sending your message to Shoko to ask for help in the first place? You carefully think over his words; he seems sincere enough to you, and even though you are still overthinking the situation, you find his offer oddly sweet. If he was going to stab you in the back and tell everybody, you figure he would have already done it, so you reason with yourself that there is no harm in trusting him just a little, and you do desperately need the help, although he isn't who you were hoping to get it from. With a shake of your hand and an enthusiastic grin, Satoru then skips off to join his best friend for their upcoming mission, leaving you alone to deal with the mess that's forming in your brain.
Despite having gone back to your dorm hours ago, the shock of the day still doesn't wear off at all. You find yourself tossing and turning on your bed, screaming silently into your pillow. Even after thinking it over for the rest of the day, you still can't make up your mind about the deal you struck with Satoru. Despite his insistence that he is doing this out of the goodness of his own heart, you still find yourself doubting his sincerity just a tad. You can't put your finger on it, but you can't help but feel like he has some ulterior motive you aren't privy to. Before you can talk yourself out of it, you end up in front of Shoko's door, in desperate need of another opinion.
The whole situation is so deeply embarrassing that you really want as few people as possible to know about it, but you trust Shoko with your life, and you do need someone else to help unravel your thoughts. What you don't anticipate, though, is Shoko's confident affirmation that Gojo Satoru likes you, and he is only offering to "help" as a way of getting closer to you, or worse, thwarting your blooming relationship with Suguru. The absurdity of the statement, coupled with Shoko's positively certain tone, like she is stating the obvious, almost makes you burst out laughing. You barely spend time with Satoru or even talk to him outside of training and missions, so you fail to see how he could have possibly developed any interest in you in the first place. Shoko tries to convince you to listen to her reasoning but it all falls on deaf ears. She sighs and surrenders that if you aren't ready to accept the facts yet, she cannot force you, but still urges you to be careful of what Satoru might be up to. After all, getting this close to another guy could end up being confusing rather than helpful, and she worries you will end up developing feelings for the blue-eyed sorcerer instead, possibly getting hurt in the process.
You swallow thickly, her words lodging themselves in your brain. You are still deeply in denial of the idea, brushing it off with a wave of your hand as you make your way back to your dorm. The notion that Satoru might be in love with you rings so untrue to you that it's ridiculous. What's even worse is the thought of you possibly falling for him as well. You already have a crush and it's on Suguru.
Yes, if you know one thing, it's that you will definitely not be falling in love with Gojo Satoru.

I will say one last thing about the Gojo situation, because I saw a few people get angry at Gege for "baiting" and then not delivering. The reason why people seem to think Gege was doing this is because of a) the foreshadowing and b) some JJK promotional materials including Gojo.
Was it really baiting though? What "signs" and "foreshadowing" were there? A clock reading 2:21 which people misinterpreted to be connected to the chapter of Gojo's unsealing? Please think about it. Do you really believe he planned that, or is it more likely it was just a random time he selected for the clock and we just collectively read too much into it? Remember that authors aren't all-knowing creatures who write every single word deliberately, they are humans who sometimes go "I'll draw a clock!" And give it no further thought.
Some people might say "what about Gojo not getting any mentions or even a funeral!" That's incredibly sad, but if we think about it, did any other character receive a more special treatment? It's not like Choso was mentioned or had a grave either, but we aren't acting outraged that Gege baited us into thinking he was coming back. Again, it's really sad that we haven't been getting more focus on the characters' emotions but I also kind of understand why. After a scarring battle like this, it would take Gege at least 10 chapters to dive into the characters' mental health, and the recovery process for everyone involved would take at least a few months. If Gege were to try and do all that, it would likely get cut by the editors because this is Shonen Jump, a magazine with a target demographic of teenage boys who would most likely be uninterested in this type of development. So yeah, I think we also have to consider where the story gets published and who the target audience is when we think about why some things are not included, even though the author might want to.
Lastly, about the promotional materials, this isn’t even Gege's fault to begin with. Management and the marketing team are the ones who take care of this type of thing so I don't know why we are even thinking Gege had anything to do with it. Gege has also never struck me as the type who would want everyone to read his manga because of a misunderstanding. He has always been true to the kind of story he wants to write, and with his feelings about Gojo's character particularly, I really don't think he'd want us to keep reading just because we are hoping for a Gojo comeback that isn't going to happen.
This got a little longer than I meant for it to be ☠️ so tl;dr I don't think Gege baited us or anything, I think everyone just read too much into things that were supposed to mean nothing and the promotional materials aren't picked by Gege to begin with so he has nothing to do with that

I think this is a bit of an unpopular opinion at the moment, I haven't seen anyone else say this, but... I love Gojo Satoru with all my heart, and because I love him so much, I am so glad that he is dead and is staying dead.
Ever since he was born, he was labeled as the strongest, and he was unable to be anything else except a weapon. He is so far above everyone else that most people don't even stop to consider that he is a human too, and the one time he allowed himself to love and be human, the object of his affection was ripped from him by the same society that put him in a box and forced him to carry all the burden alone.
Ever since then, Gojo Satoru has been shouldering the bulk of the responsibilities of Jujutsu society, living in regret, wondering "what if?" and desperately trying to protect the ones who now walk the same path he used to, because even though he lost what was precious to him, maybe he can make things slightly better so others don't have to go through that pain.
In my eyes, Gojo Satoru's is a story of loss, of pain and regret. The only thing he desperately clung onto was the hope that if he just pushes on a little longer, and mentors the new generation, that maybe he can really affect something in this godforsaken society, make it just a little better for the next generation, but not for him; it's already too late for him. He has already lost everything.
And so he became a teacher, even though he "doesn't want to do any more babysitting," he fought the people who made him a tool to protect the ones he knew could create the change he was seeking, and even though he knew he was walking towards his death, he still put on a smile and reassured his students saying "Nah, I'd win."
Even though he sacrificed himself to wear down Sukuna and let his body be used like the tool it was always perceived as, just so he could save everybody, what did he get? No one cried for him, he wasn't remembered for his kindness or selflessness, but was only blamed for his mistakes because then again, he is a weapon, a tool. Gojo Satoru will never just be a person.
But at least... now it's over. He doesn't have to fight anymore. He left Earth knowing he did his job, and that his students have got it from here on out. He is finally able to breathe and rest, and he was even reunited with the only person who, despite it all, saw him for what he was. Not Gojo Satoru, the strongest, but Gojo Satoru, the guy who likes Digimon, eats kikufuku and smiles despite everything. The one person who was willing to destroy the entire Jujutsu society to protect Gojo Satoru, who really cared about him, and the one Gojo Satoru did everything for. He finally has what he always longed for, and he made peace with his own death. He tied up everything he had left on Earth, and chose to let go because he is no longer needed. The reason he couldn't be revived with RCT was because his soul was no longer clinging to this plane of existence, because finally Gojo Satoru got what he wanted, a new generation of allies who will grow even beyond his potential, and will carry on his vision and make real change in the world.
Gojo Satoru is finally resting and at peace. I miss him, so much, but if he were to come back, what would he be coming back for? He would have to leave Geto Suguru once again, even though the first time almost killed him, and for what? To go back to being who he was, playing the role he used to play, fighting to swim upstream in a world that sees him as nothing more than a machine? What does he have left on Earth now, besides the life of a weapon? He did everything he could, and Jujutsu society will start changing now because of him. He even died the way he always wished for, killed by someone stronger than him, who recognized him, and swore to never forget him.
For the first time in a decade, I believe Gojo Satoru is truly happy where he is. And I really, really want him to be happy. I don't want him to force himself to smile for the sake of someone else like he is used to, I want him to be able to let loose and be himself with the people who appreciate him. I don't want him to go back to a miserable life of loss and regret. So yeah... it pains me, and I miss him, but I'm glad Gojo Satoru is dead, and I hope it stays that way.

Thank you for clarifying the first & last name of jjk characters!
It's not just jjk, but the mistake is coming from the different format a lot of country use compared to how Japanese write their names.
Instead of First to Last name, Japanese write their name Last to First.
Hence why Gojo Satoru, Gojo being the family name (clan name) and Satoru as his first name. (I believe they switched the name to Satoru Gojo in translation so it doesn't confuses people in other countries.)
And you are definitely right about the Ryomen part of Sukunas name being a title than a last name. But it does have the sound of a last name so it could go both ways in fiction. Definitely does not sound like first name though 🤣
As my first language being Japanese and raised in Japan, it does sound weird when people write characters name wrong, but I also cannot blame them. I just switcheroo in my head when I read them🤣
Thank you again for the explanation! Hope people can learn from it and understand the Japanese way of writing names.
Thank you so much for the ask, it's great to hear from a Japanese person :D
There is also the fact that JJK can definitely be a little confusing about first and last names so I completely understand where the mistakes come from >_< especially when it comes to women. I think thanks to anime and manga, a lot of people are used to the Japanese way of referring to each other by last name, but in JJK, the women tend to be referred to and refer to each other with their first names, which I think is where people got confused! Someone might look at the anime and see everyone referring to Nanami Kento as "Nanami" and Ieiri Shoko as "Shoko," and think Shoko must also be her last name :) there are several reasons why I think this might be happening with the women in JJK, but if I were to explain it might get too long so I'll save it for another time 😹
As for Sukuna, you are definitely right that Ryomen sounds a bit like a last name too! It's never clarified so we might never know, but personally when I take a close look at how people refer to him, I think they are using Ryomen as a title more than a last name, especially since other curses like Choso and Mahito don't have last names, so it makes sense to me that Sukuna would also not have one. That's just my interpretation though :) it could definitely also be seen as his last name so it's not wrong per se, it's only incorrect when used as a first name :)
I also speak Japanese and live in Japan, so I understand what you meant when you said it feels a little weird 😭 there tend to be a lot of cultural mistakes in fanfiction but that really can't be helped since most people don't know about life here outside of anime and manga, so I usually tend to just ignore those kinds of mistakes but I thought it might help someone if I said something about this specifically :) not sure if my post is going to reach that many people, but if it can help someone even a little bit then I will have done my job.
Thank you again for the ask!! I definitely enjoy talking about these topics a lot, so if anyone wants to talk or has any questions about Japan (especially writers since I know how hard it is to write about a country you don't know about, like me when I try to write something set in the U.S. 😳) I will do my best to answer!

I don't know who needs to hear this, but I see people making mistakes about the characters' first and last names all the time, so I thought I'd just clarify some things.
Sukuna's full name is Ryomen Sukuna, with Ryomen being his last name and Sukuna being his first if we were to speak in human terms. However, Ryomen is mostly just an attribute and isn’t really a last name. Sukuna is based on a character from old Japanese folklore with the same name, who was said to have two arms and legs, and two faces, hence the attribute Ryomen (両面) which means double-sided or double-faced. Ryomen is treated as his last name but it's more of an adjective really, and both in the original legend and in the manga he is simply referred to as "Sukuna," which I believe is where the misconception came from that it's his last name, when it should be treated more as characters calling him "Double-sided Sukuna." I've even seen some people use Ryomen as his first name recently, so I thought it might help someone to know this. Especially in fanfiction, when you have a character calling him Sukuna the entire time and he asks them to start calling him Ryomen as a sign of closeness, it actually comes off the opposite way, as a sort of "don't be so casual with me," because it's not his first name like some people think it is. It's actually a stretch to consider it his last name as well because as I said it's a title more than anything, but it's completely wrong to use it as his first name. I hope this doesn't come off as mean, I just want to help fanfiction writers who are a little confused about it.
Same thing goes for Shoko and Utahime. Their names are Ieiri Shoko and Iori Utahime, with Ieiri and Iori being their last names, and Shoko and Utahime being their first. I see people being confused about them all the time since most characters refer to them as just Shoko and Utahime, and I guess people are used to characters referring to each other with last names in anime. So in fanfiction, when you have a character being married to them for example, it's extremely strange to have said character refer to them as "Ieiri" or "Iori" because that's their last names and you simply wouldn't refer to your wife with her last name.
TLDR: Sukuna, Shoko and Utahime are their first names, not last. Please use them accordingly!

Turns out it WAS the right answer, but they had crazy high LOM requirements like 75% (so if you missed even ONE right choice in both episodes you wouldn't be able to get it), thankfully though they adjusted it to 65%.
I missed the illustration 😿 since it's the gaming one I thought asking him for help would be the right answer but apparently that's not it

Armin: Well, doesn't matter, he is feed now...
A: See? He's unbeatable, it's impossible!
B: Maybe you aren't as good as you thought...?
C: Maybe I'm not as clumsy as I thought...?
