Eventually I'll figure out the right way for my body to get healthy. I try to eat 1200-1400 calories a day, and keep track of what I eat (and it's honestly not that bad. Not any fast food or sweets, but not as much fruits and veggies as I should be getting) and I've been trying to hit the gym for 30-60 mins 4 days a week (granted it's only cardio and no weight lifting or anything at all).

I'm just having a fat day I guess.

So I decided I was going to run 3 miles, no matter how long it would take. I ran it in just over 45 minutes (the extra 8 minutes on there is from warm up and cool down). Now that time probably seems slow, and maybe a little bit sad, but I don't run. And when I do I just try and see how fast I can run 1 mile (which isn't that fast either). So I'm proud of myself, and it's a step in the right direction. AND I ran the first mile in 11 minutes which is like 1-2 seconds slower then my fastest mile from high school (again, not a runner over here).
