Kathryn Gibson-Hill This blog is a collection of my research, helpful tutorials, footage I used in my video and outcomes for Visual Environments. I've separated the videos into sections. As the video's don't appear in chronological order on the home page. Therefore, the navigation bar must be used. Which you can easily navigate by clicking on each section. All the videos have the title listed below and for some videos I've written a caption explaining how it helped me.

Human Trafficking of Rohingya (second outcome)
I feel this outcome has progressed a lot since my last. I changed the typeface to Trade Gothic which is the same font that Vice news use. I also changed the audio to something I thought was more appropriate.

Human Trafficking of Rohingya (Final outcome)
This is my final video outcome. Overall, I’m very pleased with the result considering that I’ve never used Premiere Pro before. This has inspired me to consider creating videos for future projects.

Left For Dead: Myanmar’s Muslim Minority (Full Length)
This video was one of my main sources for clips and research. The video is produce and made by Vice News which is also my chosen news channel. This video is an in-depth documentary which gives information of how the Rohingya are being treated. Why they try to migrate and put themselves in the hands of human traffickers. There's several interviews during the documentary, from government officials and some of the Rohingya community. This video really made me sympathise with the Rohingya’s situation.

This is another video that was made by Vice News. This videos goes into more detail behind why the Rohingya where made stateless by there own country and why some will risk everything to escape Myanmar. This video includes some very touching stories from the Rohingya community, they just want a better and feel like they’re being victimised.

Rohingya violence
I found this very hard to watch. I used this clip within my final video and every time I showed the video at crits it was obvious it made everyone uncomfortable and speechless. I decided to use this clip for that reason because I want everyone to see how bad it really is. In todays society we’re all so desensitised to violence that I knew, I needed to go further to get a reaction
